The hotel was comfortable they gave me a good room it was kept spotless.The hotel staff were very good.The buffet breakfast was very good with a lot of choice i would definately go back to this hotel This is a four star hotel and has a dress code for the restaurant ,if you want to go in shorts and swimwear better chose a two star hotel, then you can wear what you want

Excellent food (had a half board). But would like to have drinks - at least water - included. Friendly and helpfull staff. The hotel's ad about having a spa available was a little misleading - the spa is not open for everyone, but only offers payed treatments that need to be booked in advance.

The hotel was adequate, the food, pool, services seemed adequate and the location was adequate when you consider the price. This was a 3 hotel complex so you could choose from different amenities. The things that annoyed me: 1) The room, although non-smoking, smelled like an ashtray but i should expect this when i go to a hotel that caters almost exclusively to Europeans. 2)All of the tourist information at the hotel for day tours etc was in German- I found out later that the Brits and other Anglophiles go to the south side of Tenerife.. My mistake but even my rudimentary Spanish skills were useless when attempting to sort through the tourist literature the hotel had on hand.3) Wi-Fi.. None of the information I had previous to checking in to the hotel gave any indication that wi-fi was available, and none of the information in the room, at the front desk etc publicized the fact that one of the three hotel lobbies indeed did have wi-fi for a reasonable fee of 6 euro for your entire stay. Three days before the end of my stay I found this out purely by accident when I turned on the wi-fi settings on my iphone and picked up a signal in the Bonanza lobby (I was staying at the Canarife but hey.. it's one big resort complex). Puerto is a charming town with lots of nice restaurants and shops and the climate was delightful.

Le séjour était très agréable, malgré le manque de communication avec le personnel du restaurant qui ne comprenait absolument pas le français.mais quelques bribes d'allemand. A la réception de même, le personnel ne parle pas couramment l'allemand ni le français, de temps en temps il y a une personne pour les 3 langues! l'hôtel est bien situé, la chambre spacieuse, mais le sèche-cheveux ne fonctionne que sur la position "très chaud" , On ne peut pas avoir une deuxième clef si l'on sort chacun de son côté, la réception étant dans un autre bâtiment, c'est pénible de déposer l'unique clef à cette réception là. De plus il n'y a pas de duvet mais uniquement un drap de dessus très mince et 2 couvertures minces dans l'armoire avec une odeur désagréable. Il y avait beaucoup de familles espagnoles avec les enfants etc,,, cet hôtel est à recommander au personnes parlant espagnol et anglais et aux familles avec enfantsl.

Die ersten 2 Nächte war ich im ersten Stock (Minizimmer, sehr alt) Badezimmer konnte man sich kaum drehen, direkt vor dem Restaurant mit Musik jeden Abend bis weit in die Nacht. Gleichzeitig Pool und Kinderspielplatz vor dem Zimmer, eine Zumutung. Ab der 3. Nacht konnte ich wechsel, andere Seite 5. Stock, renoviertes Zimmer, war dann sehr gut und schön.

Estuvimos alojados por 2 noches en el Bonanza Palace y fue maravillosa la estancia. Comida muy rica y variada y habitaciones grandes y confortables.

L'unico difetto dell'hotel in cui siamo stati benissimo è la collocazione nella parte alta di Puerto de la cruz..in 15 m si scende nel centro senza problemi la risalita è un pò + difficoltosa ma con i taxi a 3 euro diventa molto comoda...Ottimi colazione e cena a Buffet e la pulizia delle camere,molto cordiale il personale
