Dream Noelia Sur Hotel Tenerife

My experience at this hotel over the past week was amazingly good. First of all, the building itself is just awesome! Lots of interesting architecture, construction materials and features. The wireless internet access could've been faster and have better coverage, but I only ever used the free, castrated wifi option. The breakfast buffet is fantastic and provides lots of options for food and drink. The staff were possibly the best part of the stay though. the concierge ladies at the front desk were instrumental in checking the progress and redirecting my wayward luggage for several days, all the while being as easy on the eyes as they were friendly, which was much. It helped that they spoke and understood several languages as well. Our room was very well kept by the housekeeping staff as well. Kudos to all the employees of Noelia Sur! I would recommend a stay here to anybody.

I booked this hotel for myself and a friend for a hen weekend and we thought the hotel was fantastic. From the welcome champagne to the fast and efficient check out, nothing was too much trouble. We were lucky enough to be given a big twin room with a massive balcony overlooking the main road, some of the other members of our party were located on the ground floor and had much smaller rooms, although they had been renovated most recently. The only gripe we had was the evening meal - the food was lukewarm and bland but given that it was a buffet this was to be expected. I found the price a bit expensive as we were only staying for two nights but overall, a fantastic hotel and a great stay, thank you.
