Definately NOT a 5 Star Hotel...
The only thing the hotel really had to offer was great views from the balconies from the room. ...

SYLROD
RUDE AND STUCK IN 1960
This is stuck in the 60's and the staff is very rude and can not communicate very effectively. I was charged an extra 90 euros because we were two people in room and they ignore do not disturb sign and bang on the door when we were trying to get some sleep after our overnight flight. The only good things we liked about this hotel was the view of ocean and the location which is close to shops and dining.

Definately NOT a 5 Star Hotel...
The only thing the hotel really had to offer was great views from the balconies from the room. Other than that it was a pretty horrible experience. First we were placed on the 8th floor but after complaining about the bugs in the room, the dirt stains on the wall and disgusting curtians nevermind the fact that the whole entire hotel was water damaged from head to toe. They put us up to a higher level away from the dank and dark smell of the room which improved our stay a little. Also, the 'warm pool' was freezing and the jacuzzi/hottub wasn't even luke warm. The hours of the pool were horrible as well, as we could only get one towel for the whole day and that wasn't even until 10 am. Also, the gym was extremely small with only 4 machines. You had to pay to use the pool table, air hockey and ping pong, so ridiculous!! And if you wanted internet it was 6 euro a day or you could use their outdated computers for 10 cents/minute. Didn't like it at all. ... so much for a 5 star??
