Hotel Jardin Tropical Golf and Spa

The hotel is nice with modern furnishing. Pool area and most restaurants were very good. Our room was in need of a bit of repair (the toilet leaked water onto the floor and the wash basin was cracked).

The hotel is ideally situated, close to bars, restaurants or even a nice walk. Hotel lovely, pool area excellent and the heated pool is gorgeous. We were originally put into a family room as an upgrade, (there are only 2 of us) but the room hadnt been updated for some time and the beds were horrible. We complained the next morning and were put into a beautiful updated room. Deffinately worth the money. The breakfast was excellent, anthing you could wish for, however, very busy! The only downside were the Polish and Russians, who dont have the greatest manners. We would certainly stay here again!

Received a free upgrade on arrival to junior suite which was great apart from a temperamental hot water supply in the shower. Pools and outdoor stunning. Polite and efficient staff with a glass of champagne served on arrival. Will probably book again next spring.

4 stars? This is a truly 5 star hotel! from arrival until departure ever experinence we encountered at Jardin Tropical was brilliant. .Architecture amazing certainly worthy of a major award! All quiet nooks and crannies, coves and turrets with tropical plants and palms adoring all the spaces, waterfalls with pools and streams, provide a tranquil setting. Glass of fizz at check in, upgraded to deluxe room, not like in Italy who only insist in giving you what you pay for! balcony very large, bathroom massive, beds soooooo comfy with superking size. Rooms spotless, air con worked perfectly and was quiet, staff brillant wherever and whatever level were dealing with. Pool is amazing a truly tropical oasis of calm. temperature perfect, great for swimming in with islands and water falls surrounding you, plently sun loungers even with some Germans putting towels on them, there were much more still available. Massive sun decks at different levels, very private and secluded, An additional amazing sea water pool at the ocean front, truly spectacular setting, great cafe restaurant on the cliff edge. Breakfast was brilliant the best ever!! Massive selection everthing imaginable was available, I reccomend the waffles, pancakes all made fresh and squeezed fresh smoothie juices also the pears poached in red wine and cinnamon with fresh papaya and pineapple. Vast selection of fresh breads, cheese bar was excellent with a great variety of local cheeses, my husband enjoyed the bacon and egg british style breaksfast also available. You can even have a glass of fizz at breakfast! Entertainment in hotel good, wide selection of bars and fantastic restaurants to suit all tastes. Car park can be tight for spaces but there is always a secuirty guard on duty who is only willing to help, so you can double park and leave keys at reception if you are stuck, however, we did manage to find a space every time. Few screaming children around, guests were discerning and refined not the Club Ibiza or the all inclusive brigade! No ghastly pool Bingo or karakoe type events! Hotel in a very central location and a very short walk for everthing. Lots of steps at this hotel due to the different levels so probably not the best for people with walking difficulties. Try the many local resturants close by with flamenco guitarist etc. Fantastic fresh fish served everyday! Go to Adeje town quite interesting especailly the cliff top views at the very top of the town worth seeing!

Sehr schönes Hotel in absolut zentraler Lage. Wir haben alle schönen Golfplätze der Insel gespielt und das Hotel hat uns sämtliche Reservationen wunschgemäss vorgenommen.

voici 18 ans que je vais dans cet hotel....c'est l'euope, ce n'est pas loin,c'est fantastique....et pourtant j'ai voyagé dans le monde entier,mais question proximité je n'ai que 4 heures d'avion c'est l'idéal pour passer 10 jours ,avec en n°1 sa cuisine fantastique et ses trois restaurants vous ne pouvez pas regreter ce séjour...........

d'emblé, etre acceuilli avec une coupe de champagne....! quelle delicate attention.. cela est peut etre commun dans ce type d'hotel mais pour nous, nous fumes agreablement surpris... pour le reste, du top...un petit dejeuner extraordinaire en terme de choix, un personnel exemplaire, et un cadre fantastique. leger bemol, notre chambre située coté entré/service/livraison donc parfois reveillé par le bruit et ventilo exterieur ronronnant.....

.Utilisation de la piscine d'eau douce et surtout la piscine d'eau de mer! .Rien ne manque dans cet hôtel! .Oui!nous sommes satisfaits de notre séjour! .Merci au service au client pour la petite attention le jour de mon anniversaire(bouteille de champagne dans la chambre)!
