very poorly equipped for self catering...completely inadequate is more accurate. apartment in need of total modernisation. even what little was provided was of very poor quality. spa facilities clean but uninspiring.

Short drive from hotel
only one small supermarket close by so use free bus into Puerto de Cruz for shopping..but cooking facilities so poor better to eat out!

Our 5 dat vacation in Tenerife
We got a room with "premium view", and the view was really quite pleasing. From the balcony, you could see the pools and the ocean, which is a few 100 meters away. Apartment was spacious, with kitchen, bedroom, living room. Furniture was from the 80's and did not match the wallpaper. Generally, the hotel had an 80's look but was generally very tidy and in good order. There were plenty of activities for those inclined to partake, though the music played was somewhat tacky. There were also relatively good wellness and sauna areas. There was a large selection at breakfast, generally the food was satisfying to good quality. Lounging at the pool was relaxing, and recliners and towels were provided. Staff was always friendly. All in all a good bet; for us, who used the hotel mostly as a launching pad to explore the island, it was perfectly adequate and worth the money.

There is a supermarket right near the hotel, and some rooms come with a kitchen, allowing for that unique experience of being able to cook yourself while on holiday.

accueil ok appartement frais:pas de chauffage ds sdb wc non separe piscine interieure interdite aux enfants! pt dej tbien repas du soir trop cher/prestations proposees piscine a l oppose des soins en sous sol repas en sous sol:peu d ouverture et pas de vue:dommage! belle vue sur puerto de la cruz pas d acces mer navette gratuite pr puerto calme ne correspond pas a un 4*

Avis mitigé
Cadre agréable, hôtel bien situé entre Santa Cruz, Puerto de la Cruz et Orotava. La chambre était correcte mais la vaisselle dispo est plus que minimaliste. La plupart du personnel n'est malheureusement pas toujours accueillant et peu prolixe en renseignements ... Dommage. Mais si on passe la plupart du temps en balade, cela convient.

Gute Lage als Ausgangspunkt für
Gute Lage als Ausgangspunkt für Inselerkundung, Auto aber sehr sinnvoll, Parkmöglichkeiten um das Hotel vorhanden. Hotel zwar renovierungsbedürftig, aber komfortabel. Frühstück ganz o.k. Toll: vom Zimmerbalkon Blick aufs Meer und Teide.

die Lage,das Hotel beziehungsweise
die Lage,das Hotel beziehungsweise die Suites und der Service war super. Als wir das zweite mal wieder kamen,war das Hotel ausgebucht,obwohl wir ja schon früh gebucht haben.Man hat uns dann einen Bungerlow in der Anlage gegeben,der aber sehr sporadisch war und sehr ungemütlich.Da es nur eine Nacht war haben wir darüber weggesehen.Nur für länger wäre es nicht gut gewesen,denn wir hatten ja vorher ein wunderschönes Appartment.
