Disappointing
At best this is barely a 3*hotel.. We chose to have dinner on one evening and it was dreadful.. The restaurant is like an industrial canteen.. Staff running around with trollies clearing everything 30 minutes before time.. For breakfast it was worse with the person on the hot plate quite rude on several occasions.. Luckily there are a vast number of very good restaurants in the locality.. A big let down ...

Ok for a cheap week
Its fine if that's what you want/like! I would pay for a cheap week back here, but definitely not for your 'special' break. It's a good location but that's all it's got going for it. Breakfast was a funny affair, you could tell what had been on the dinner menu the night before - I don't think carrots, peas, broccoli and chips constitutes for breakfast in most countries!

Great Breakfast Tired Hotel
This is an OK hotel in a great location. The breakfast is super with a great selection. Although the hotel claims to be 5* it is really the equivalent of a UK 3* hotel. We went off peak and were very happy that we got value for our money but I am not sure if we would have felt the same if we had paid peak holiday prices. The check in/out process is a little laborious and seems to take for ever.

The customer comes first
The customer service is very good at the Mediterranean Palace. Minor details were immediately seen to. Plenty of sunbeds but again, people put towels at both sides of pool for morning/ evening sun. Unfortunately, despite asking for a high room we found that the noise from the street below was very intrusive and we found it hard to sleep. Breakfast was superb with a huge choice. We would recommend.

AWFUL
We didn't like anything. The hotel pretend to be the most glamorous thing in the world, but it is clearly NOT a five stars hotel, in fact it is not even a 4 stars one. Although the staff was really nice and it is located just by the beach, and it has a really big pool, free towels, big and clean rooms, great breakfast buffet,...It is NOT what you expect. You get really disappointed when you get there, cause it's all really crowded, the surroundings are really ugly, there's nothing to see, you can only eat or shop and everything is too commercial, excessively prepare for tourism. The beach is ok, but that's it. To sum up, I would not recommend it at all.

Really nice hotel, gorgeous pool
Really nice hotel, gorgeous pool area and lovely hotel, rooms are a bit small but very clean and tidy!Would not recommend to go all inclusive, too many nice places to eat out and the food is better outside of the hotel. Location is fabulous, beach is your back garden and really fabulous area! Would absolutely stay here again!!!
