The hotel is very nice and located about 15 minutes from the South Airport and about 1 hour from the North Airport. The food was very good and many choices at each meal. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They provide a free shuttle to Las Americas which is a very nice area for shopping and beaches. Although it rained a majority of the time I was there so not a lot of beach time. Several pools at the hotel, at least 2 heated - very nice. Great place for singles, couples and familys. You won't be dissapointed. The one complaint I have is there is no coffee maker in the room - so you cannot enjoy a cup of coffee on the balcony, which each room has.

The hotel was a good value. We did all inclusive. The food was good and there were new items daily for dinner. The staff were friendly, some more than others. The house wines with meals were good. The best I have had on all inclusive. The alcohol selection at the bar was very good. Brand names were offered for all inclusive. I love Jagermeister and it was included! Beach was rocky but there is a black sandy beach close by. The spa was good. Had a couple of massages and enjoyed them. Location is 3 k from the airport. Low flying planes go by but did not bother us. Lot's of activities for kids but not much for teens or adults. Didn't like the king bed as it was two singles. Re-made the bed every day. A 5 course meal was offered in a special restaurant and was excellent. One dinner per week stay.

This is a fabulous hotel. myself and my boyfriend stayed for 5days 5nights the end of jan and had very relaxing holiday. We went all inclusive which was excellent value. The buffet breakfast/lunch/dinner included almost anyfood you could imagine. We had 1 meal included in the al la carte restaurant which entailed a 5 course meal which was absolutely delicious. Branded drinks where included in the all inclusive offer which was an added bonus. Weather was nice..cool breeze at pool, however. We had a lovely balconey that escaped any breeze was comfortable to sunbath there. rooms were very spacious. would return!

This was our first ever all inclusive 5* hotel holiday and we were very impressed. We went to have a rest and recharge the batteries which is what we did. The room was large and very comfortable, the food, brilliant and something different every day! (the only problem was lack of will power on my part, because the food was so good). The staff were very courteous and helpful and the drinks on tap! We enjoyed walks along the coast and the stone beach, (i would have loved as sandy beach, but the lack of one didn't spoil our holiday). We also walked into the little village where there was a market on. I would strongly recommend this hotel to friends and family.

I enjoyed the activities at the facility, however, if you are there for a short while there isn't enough rotation to see everything. Note, most activities are not inclusive such as the tennis (5 Euros for racket, and 6 for balls), foseball table, and pool tables, spas, jaccuzzi, and the Proa restaurant. For inclusive admitance to the restaurant you must be there at least seven days. The food (buffet) and drinks (mostly wells liquior" the cheap stuff" are the only inclusive things.

elegant design , very ambient like the name suggests, for sightseeing in nearby towns you should rent a car...everywhere you would want to go is within 30 mins to 1 hour driving ...

les gens de l hôtel sont MAGNIFIQUES!!! mais c tout apart ça les chambres ça pue les toilettes les canalisation et les lits son grand mais ça sent les ressort du lit et en plus normalement les lits son un freinee pour éviter bouger mais je suis tombre deux fois du lit je appeler le manager et ils ont envoyer un réparateur et ce étais solutionee le buffet trop de tout et sans aucun gout le plus ridicule c que vous etes pas le roi le soir si vous estes pas habille ils vous laisser pas dinner meme si vous aves payer un séjour de 7 jours a plus de 1500 euros et attend ce pas tout je eu envie a 21h de un simple et banal banana split et ils mon dit non ce pas possible car il étais pas sur le menu du room service alors je dit que ce ne pas possible q dans un hôtel 5 * ils doivent avoir un simple glace sur tout dans un pais ou la banane se exporte pa milliers apres avoir insiste car je voulais ma banane split bon ils ont accepte mais presque 2 heures plus tard je reçu un assiette avec d la glace fondu et la chantilly fondu et la banane noir brule je signe le reçu du room service et marque dessus que votre banane split et DEGULASSE et q la personne q la fait pouves la manger car moi ça ma coupe lapetit le manager ma appeler et ma dit q étais désole mais le cuisinier avais FLAMBEE la banana et le tout avait fondu!!!! breff je vais jamais demander de banane split dans cette hôtel bref je vais pas revenir dans cette hôtel bref je reviendrais sur les canaries mais dans un vrai hôtel 5 *****!!!

Neun Tage Urlaub in Teneriffa über Neujahr! Zum ersten Mal und wie sich herausstellte, eine sehr gute Idee. Wir sind eine Familie mit drei fast erwachsenen Kindern. Für alle Interessen bietet die Anlage und die Angebote Möglichkeiten (Tennis, Paddel, Beachvolley, Pools, Disco, Shows, Fitness). Das Essen war hervorragend und abwechslungsreich und die Silvesterparty war fantastisch, grosszügig und sehr feines Essen. Herrausragend die Freundlichkeit des Personals, im Restaurant wie auch an der Reception. Alles Inklusive, kaum zu glauben! Wir kommen gerne wieder! Zwei Golfplätze in der Nähe, einige weitere in 15 Minuten Distanz. Jogatore - Schweiz Tipp: Flugplatz Teneriffa Süd anfliegen. Das Hotel liegt gerade nebenan. Tagsüber deshalb Fluglärm - störte uns aber nicht.

séjour 2 adultes 2 enfants vac octobre 2011 ( 2 chambres doubles AI) tres bon 4* mais ceci n'est pas un palace 5* , il faut bien comprendre que cette hôtel est un lieu de vacances , même si les pantalons sont de rigueur le soir pour les hommes . nourriture variée et très bonnes , boissons AI tres bien ( belle carte AI et grand choix de qualité ) 2 petits reproches , pas de ventilations dans les salles de bains et WC , portes laissant trop passer le bruit .. porte entrée et wc . pour le reste on recommande ... adapté pour les personnes a mobilité réduite

Réservé pour les vacances scolaires de février sur ebookers.fr en vol+ hotel. L'hôtel était pratiquement complet. Très bonnes prestations en all inclusive, excellent rapport qualité/prix Chambres spacieuses, joliment décorées avec baignoire à remous plus douche. Nourriture excellente avec poissons frais tous les jours, buffet végétarien avec légumes variés et puis d'excellentes patisseries. 8 piscines dont 1 ou 2 chauffées mais quand même trop froides pour nous à cette période de l'année. Il y a une petite plage en face de l'hôtel mais pas très attractive a cause des rochers. Nous avions loué une voiture pour toute la durée du séjour, l'ile vaut vraiment le détour, ne manquez pas le parc national du Teide. En conclusion, excellent hôtel, nous pensons y retourner...
