Sheraton La Caleta Resort & Spa, Costa Adeje, Tenerife

Excellent hotel, the decor and design is lovely. Large outdoor pool, one freshwater pool. Spa is good and worth a trip. Service very good and particularly liked the nibbles that came with the drinks. Room comfortable, very large bathroom and slept very well on beds. Overall a great place to be when in Tenerife

I spend about 150 nights in hotels every year. This was well worth the money. The room was comfortable, the staff was excellent and the views were spectacular. I used the gym every day. It was more than adequate. The spa was very nice and relaxing. The food was very good at all of the restaurants. I would definitely return on my next trip to Tenerife!

Canary Islands year round temperatures are comfortable. Taxi drivers were friendly and efficient. The resort was an hour from the north airport so plan for 110 euro cab fare, plus tip. Some taxis accept credit cards, but ask before departing. The resort's front desk staff provided a warm welcome that included a refeshing fruit beverage for all guests upon arrival. Pool and fitness staff were not as attentive as other staff. The housekeeping and food service staff were friendly and made extra efforts to grant guest wishes. Nearly all staff members spoke a variety of languages so communication was easy. The resort is gated so bring your room key if you leave the grounds to explore the public beaches. All beaches in Spain are public. The views from the resort were breathtaking. The coi were well tended as was the lush landscaping. The towels and robes were generously available. The resort offered swimming, miniture golf, and other family friendly activities that are included in your stay. While to you can hear your neighboring rooms activities, the rooms were clean and the bathroom is generously sized and well-appointed. Take time to enjoy tea and hear the birds sing from your private balcony. You pay an extra fee for the internet access, which is best received on the balcony. Some guests are topless at the beach.

Très bel hôtel, personnel fort sympathique.Le service est correct. Simplement vérifier chaque jour si les boissons sont déposées dans la chambre. Idéal pour un séjour repos au bord de la piscine. Un peu loin du centre ville, il est nécessaire de louer une voiture ou de faire appel à un taxi notamment pour dîner en ville. Le restaurant à thèmes de l'hôtel revient un peu si on inclus les boissons "cela reste un buffet" Nous y retournerons lors de notre prochain séjour sur l'Ile

Aunque la habitación y el baño estaban muy bien equipados, una de las camas tenía el colchón deformado y resultaba muy incómoda para dormir. El buffet del desayuno está bien, pero no así el de la cena, que es malo (muy malo) y caro.
