Perfect location hotel
The hotel was easy to find and is located in the arts and sciences district of Valencia. It is a great area to stay as you can walk around architect Calatrava's amazing buildings and bridge. The hotel itself is attached to a huge mall with lots of restaurants and stores. They even have a supermarket there! Across the street was a huge Corte Ingles which is a major department store. It was a great time!

Keine hohen Erwartungen erfüllen
Bei der Ankunft wird man ziemlich unfreundlich "abgefertigt" und es wurde kaum englisch gesprochen. Dieses Hotel ist wohl eher für einheimische Gäste oder Geschäftsreisende gedacht. Das Zimmer war soweit OK wobei die Klimaanlage Fix auf Antarktis eingestellt ist, zum Glück konnte man diese abschalten und das Fenster öffnen. Dazu waru unser Zimmer mit einer Verbindungstür zum Nebenzimmer ausgestattet mit einem ca. 1cm grossen Spalt also wenn nebenan geredet wurde hatte man das Gefühl man steht im gleichen Zimmer. Etwas wenig Privatsphäre halt. Frühstücksbuffet war ok. Den Grund dass dieses Hotel 4Sterne hat, erschloss uns nicht ganz. Alles in allem war es nicht schlecht, aber für eine Weiterempfehlung reicht es nicht.

Im Stadtteil "Colon" an der Calle conde Altea hat es eine super Auswahl an Restaurants, besonders Empfehlenswert "La Santa" und "Lambrusqueria" - guten Appetit!

Gute Lage
Hotel befindet sich unmittelbar am Rande zur Stadt der Künste und der Wissenschaften (Ciudad de las Artes y de las Ciencias). Sowohl das "Oceanogràfic" als auch die übrigen Gebäude sind bequem und schnell zu Fuss erreichbar. Wer einem längeren Spaziergang nicht abgeneigt ist, kann selbst die Altstadt zu Fuss durch den schönen Park "Jardin del Túria" erreichen (ca. 30min). Die Zimmer sind grosszügig und die Betten sehr bequem. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ausgiebig und sehr vielseitig. Achtung: Bitte beachten ob das Frühstück im Zimmerpreis inklusive ist. Wir mussten €12.- zusätzlich bar vor Ort bezahlen. Für die Anreise empfiehlt sich ein Taxi ab dem Flughafen (ca. € 28). Die Metro ist wesentlich günstiger, man muss allerdings im Anschluss noch den richtigen Bus erwischen. Wer extern essen will kann dies im Restaurant im 9. Stock tun (mit super Blick auf die Stadt der Künste und der Wissenschaften). Wer traditionell essen möchte sollte aber eine der zahlreichen Tapas-Bar in der Altstadt aufsuchen.

Pour visiter le musée des sciences et parc océanographique à pied.Petit déjeuner très copieux. Dans quartier tous commerces shopping restaurants, bars... parking galerie marchande avec réduction hôtel. Bus à proximité pour aller au centre historique .

Sehr gute Lage, wenn man auch
Sehr gute Lage, wenn man auch die Stadt der Künste und Wisssenschaften anschauen möchte. Fahrtzeit mit dem Bus in die Altstadt ca. 15 Min. Absolutes Nichtraucher-Hotel.

Un hotel de esta categoria, deberia
Un hotel de esta categoria, deberia tener, tanto la sauna, como el gimnasio, sin coste ninguno para los clientes del hotel. Me parece fatal tener que pagar por utilizar unas instalaciones del propio hotel
