Great hotel for a visit to Scandinavia
I spent a couple of nights in Scandinavia after a two-week business trip. Stockholm was my first stop and I enjoyed both the city and the hotel immensely. The included breakfast was excellent--the variety and quality was top notch. The only downer was the hotel's signage... Even though the hotel is right across the train station, between the rain (it was pouring the night I checked in) and lack of sign (maybe it was due to the in-progress repainting?), I had a minor chore trying to locate the property. But it worked itself out pretty quickly. Stockholm's Gamla Stan (old town) is very picturesque and deserves more time than I had this time. I'll be back.

Getting to the Vasa Museum or the Drottingholm Palace is quite easy once you get a hang of the transit system. You can save quite a bit by buying the 24h pass and just taking the tram/bus.

great location
Able to get early check in as requested. Location great. Able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. They recommended and made reservations for great dinners out. Breakfast fantastic. Don't pick up anything from the mini bar you will not use. They will charge you for it!

Great
The hotel is centrally located. Easy to get to the "subway" (tunnelbana) and also a nice walk to Gamla Stan or the Old City and other central parts of Stockholm. Can highly recommend this hotel. Will stay there again for future trips.

Many nice restaurants in Gamla Stan and a very popular bar Akkurat right around the corner. The hotel bar/dining was very good too.

Very much a 'business' hotel but
Very much a 'business' hotel but quite acceptable. Friendly, pleasant staff. Hotel generally rather warm, particularly the rooms which are on the small side even for a city centre location.

Great Hotel
Love, Love, Love this hotel. GREAT Location, in the heart of the Old Town of Stockholm. Room was really good size, especially for Europe, great breakfast, has A/C, great staff very helpful and spoke English very well. Great value for the price. Can't be beat!

reasonable room, location and price
location is two subway stop (T) from central station, which is a tolerable inconvenience. staff are helpful and polite. i booked an executive room, the executive lounge turned out to be a good value.
