A model of Swiss efficiency, this is a smart, well presented apartment hotel. I have stayed here a number of times and the staff have always been friendly and helpful. The rooms are very well furnished and equipped, (with the inclusion of a dishwasher being a particularly pleasant surprise). Despite being close to Claraplatz with its bustling shops, bars and restaurants, the hotel itself is in a quiet street. The “fitness room” in the basement is a bit pathetic, but otherwise a cannot fault them.

Long walk from hotel
This is on the opposite side of Basel than the Swiss Rail Station but close to the German rail station. 25 minutes walk from Swiss Rail.

A great place to stay in Basel
We were tralveling with two of our adult children, quad room was terrific. Very clever use of space. Just a great room. Highly recomended. It is a little on the expensive side but so is everything in Basel. Lady on duty at check in was very helpful and gave us great recomondations on where to go for dinner.

Long walk from hotel
It is really a medium walk to old town which is great area. The hotel provides a free 24 hour pass for use of public transportaion. The trolly is near by and will take you all over the city. Many good choices for dinner.

Ottima posizione (2 min. da fermata tram / 10 min. a piedi dal centro), zona tranquilla. Servizio essenziale e ben curato. Moderno, camere come mini appartamenti. Parcheggio coperto. Facile da raggiungere dall'uscita dell'autostrada.

El hotel se encuentra muy bien
El hotel se encuentra muy bien localizado y es muy confortable. La limpieza deja bastante que desear, sobre todo en el interior de las habitaciones, no en las areas comunes. El desayuno buffet es bastante malo en relación calidad-precio. La atención al cliente de la recepción es buena.
