Excellent hotel!!
I was very impressed with the overall experience at this hotel! The staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive, the rooms were clean, comfortable, and had special touches (like the towel warmer and bidet), and cozy beds. I really appreciated the harp player in the morning! I would definitely stay here again, if I were to come to Geneva!

Great Hotel, Great Position, Great Value
We spent a long weekend here. The room was well appointed, had pretty much everything that you could want, was quiet (overlooking a park) and was in a good location for getting around the city. We booked 3 or 4 weeks in advance and saved about 50% on the Bristol's standard rate. Highly recommended if you're looking for a more traditional 4* hotel. Geneva - great city, but really expensive (and we live in Brussels!).

Don't bother with a taxi from the airport to the city centre, by carousels 3 & 5 in Baggage Reclaim there are machines dispensing free rail tickets to the main Geneva Station. Oh, and your hotel should give you a travel card that allows you to travel for free on public transport during your stay.

Bristol Geneva
Great service, clean room, very good location. My only beef is that they charged for an electricity converter, despite the fact that there use to be a working one in the room, already installed on the wall. Big points off for that.

Very attentive staff in a great location
The staff at tthe Bristol were very helpful and the hotel is in a great area near the lake, shopping, Old Town, and the train station. The bus also stops in front of the hotel. Room service was only so-so as food was very minimal and did not come hot.

There are many things within a short walk from the hotel. The tourism bureau is in the main post office only 1 block away as well. Restaurants walkiing distance from the Bristol.
