A trip back in time at charming central Geneva hotel
An art Nouveau-style entrance and cobblestone square in the lobby lend a charming old Europe atmosphere to this four-star property on Geneva's Right Bank. SWISS TOUR 2009 JULY
THE STAFFS WERE FRIENDLY, IMMEDIATE ATTENTION WE GOT, MYSELF 50 AND MY MUM AT 75 ASIAN, IT'S RARE. VERY GOOD PORTERING, TAKING STUFF TO THE CAR, VALLET PARKING AND ALL.

Fantastic
Check in was easy and the hotel provided travel cards (public transportation)for us without being asked. Staff was friendly and corteous. I asked for an iron and ironing board and was brought one up to my room very promptly. Staff will help you with maps and fastest way to get where you want to go. Did not try to breakfast at the hotel but plenty of coffee shops in the area. On Sunday everything was pretty much closed except for the Starbucks behind the hotel.

Nice room, good service, good location
The room was large, well appointed, and comfortable. The location was an easy walk from the train station, and very close to the old city and lakefront walk. Everything was quite nice about the hotel. I didn't partake of the expensive buffet breakfast, though...

Fabulous location - great service!
Location couldn't be better - it's close to any attractions in the city. Every morning we did have in our room the best coffee I've ever try and now I am missing it! People at the desk were very friendly! Will stay again if I go back to Geneva! Must try Swiss coffee (and bring one home)!
