- From Lausanne Freeway: Drive along the lake side and just before the Mont-Blanc bridge, turn right on the "Rue des Alpes" and proceed straight on. On the 4th traffic light, turn right on the "Rue de Lausanne", the hotel entrance is 20 meters to your right. From Annecy: Take the motorway A41 heading to Geneva, follow the "Bardonnex" Custom signage and go straight onto the A1/E25. Exit at number 4 "La Praille" and follow the city centre/train station direction at roundabout "Carrefour de l'Etoile" - "Rue des Acacias" - "Av. Henri-Dunant" - "Boulevard Georges-Favon. Cross the "Coulouvrenire" Bridge and turn right on the "Rue des Terreaux du Temple". This leads to the "Place de Cornavin" and the hotel is on the opposite site of the square with the hotel entrance at "Rue de Lausanne".

Good value
The room looked updated but at closer look it needed some upkeep. That said, it was a good value and for proximity to the train station, it was great. The bathroom was nice and updated and the lounge in the lobby was nice. Centrally located so nothing is too far of a walk. Liked that they offered a full service gym a few blocks away.

Great location, so-so service
Rapid check-in (even at 11am). Room was clean and well appointed. The first night the heat did not work and after two phone calls to the front desk I was visited by technician who said it would have to be looked at in the morning. He gave me extra blankets and I asked for a space heater - which after ten minutes he was able to find! The pay-per-view movie system did not work (even though my rate was supposed to give me 1 free movie a night) and once I cam back to find housekeeping had forgotten to put pillow cases back onto the pillows! All that being said, when I come back next month I will stay there because the location cannot be beat. Also, I saw someone have their purse stolen at the train station - NEVER put your stuff out of site or on the ground - especially near a train station/tourist attraction.

Inside very different to the outside
very handy location literally across the road from the main train station. Although from the outside the hotel looks very dated, the interior has been renovated and the room I stayed in, despite having the narrowest door I have ever seen, was a good standard and acceptable size. The only negative point for me that there were no facilities like gym or pool. Breakfast was in a nice airy room with a good choice.

Great find for the money
Great hotel and not too expensive given the prices in Geneva! I really wasn't sure what to expect bc I though the reviews were a little mixed. Just stopped through for the night while on business and it was perfect. Close the lake and right next to the train station. Can walk everywhere. The room was also bigger than I expected, although I'm from the US, so everything seems tiny to me here. Free internet - always a plus. Really friendly people at the front desk and they all spoke English - another plus. The bathrooms were also nicely done, big for Europe and clean - that's always a sign of a good hotel. Enjoy!

The hotel is located directly across from the Cornavin station, which gives you access to the tram system, direct connection to the airport and it is walking distance to the lake. The rooms are big (for euro standards), very clean, modern. They have both wired and wireless complimentary internet service.

Perfect location, great service
I flew in around 9am and took the train from the airport straight to the Hotel, located across the street from the train station. It is the first stop and a very short ride. The front desk allowed me to check in at 10am without any additional fees. That was a nice gesture. Right below the Hotel there is a shopping center where you can buy a bottle of water for 1 Franc vs 5 from the bar in the room. Location is great, close to a variety of restaurants, also a 10-15 min walk to get to the other side of the river where there is great shopping. Hotel has free Internet access in the lobby and room. The room has a US outlet for your laptop power adapter, just make sure it's 230V compatible. The walls are a little thin but not too bad. This is a great place to stay per price! You'll like it!

There's a kiosk in baggage claim where you can get a free voucher for the train ride which is valid for 80 minutes. Plenty of time to get to the Warwick Hotel which is literally across the street from the train station. Also it's only a 5-10 min ride. You will also get a free pass for the bus/tram/train transportation system when you check in and is valid for the length of your stay.

Good location in Geneva
The hotel is located within steps of the central train station. it is easy to catch either a local or international train. Busses and trollies also stop at the station, so you can catch transportation to any place near or far. Geneva is small enough that you can easily walk to any of the major attractions. The old town, about a kilometer away, has most of the tourist sights you will wish to see.

Dining in Switzerland is extremely expensive. You can easily spend $40 for breakfast, $60 for lunch, and $200-250 for diner. McDonalds, just down the street, has burgers for $2-$3. A Big Mac type burger will run you more in the $12-$15 range. The local farmers markets are the best buys. You can get fresh produce, especially fruits, for verry much less than you pay for the same thing in the more expensive dining establishments.

Good Location - Geneva Prices
The Hotel is located right across from the main rail station. Most banks and businesses are within easy walking distance. The room I stayed in was furnished with a double bed and a desk. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean. It was quite small though, making it difficult to use the desk chair in front of the desk without being wedged in between the desk and bed. The restaurant was very pricey and I did not use it. Just don't eat enough to justify paying the equivalent of USD 44.00 if you prepay or USD 48.50 if you just show up for breakfast, even though this is in line with Geneva. The staff was very friendly and professional. Overall it is a good choice and I may well return in the future

There is a supermarket in the shopping center/mall attached to the Hotel that serves decent hot and cold food and one can buy 5 to 10 bottles of water for the price of one in the Hotel.

I went to the Warwick hotel on a buisniss trip. The location of the hotel was great. The hothel was very clean and the service was very good.
