Nice place to stay
Hotel is very nice with so warm and elegant Christmas atmosphere. Desk staff so friendly and helpful. Hotel is near lake and not far distance from Old Town what makes easy place to start side seeing and visit tourist attractions. It is only one not nice part; our room -superior- had very dirty whole wall (one where coffee machine and TV are installed}. Apart from that everything was very good. Thank you Best regards Anna Wielgos and family

Comfortable and hospitable stay, though a bit noisy
My husband and I stayed at this hotel during August, when Geneva is relatively low in its tourist population. The only downside to our stay was that our room was right in front of a main road, and the walls were very thing such that we could hear *everything* from the outside. So, we had to change our normal sleeping schedule times so that we could go to sleep after most of the noise outside died down (around 1:30am). Also, the hotel was a bit far from the main attractions in Geneva, which are on the left bank of the lake, whereas this hotel was on the right bank. Nonetheless, the transit is so excellent in Geneva that once you get the hang of using the transit the differences in distances are not inconvenient. Other than the noise, the hotel was very comfortable -- including the sheets, the bed, and the complementary robes and slippers -- and the staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. There is free WiFi as well, and the hotel clearly marks what is part of the mini bar and what is not (other hotels where I have stayed tend to not do this, in order to "trick" you into using something that you thought was free but that was actually for purchase). Overall, we had a lovely time!

Unbelievable
Very good experience
We passed a very good time in Geneva, the staff very helpful. We also used the fitness room, it was in a good shape and we enjoyed it. The breakfast seemed a little bit expensive, so we didn't take it. The hotel is directly at the tram-stop, so you could reach every part of the town very easily.

The best hotel we stayed in our European tour
I couldn't believe I booked such a nice hotel in Geneva. That's a true 4 star! Considering how expensive things are in Geneva, this is a very good deal to us. We are a party of 3, and so I booked an executive room, which feels so spacious and luxurious that rivals the best 4 stars in the US. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, and the lobby was nicely decorated and spacious too. From the outside, you wouldn't expect this kind of luxury at all. The restaurants are even more surprisingly good, offering great value with excellent ambience and service. The night we arrived, we explored the city a little, and ended up eating at one pizzaria, which was very expensive (a cup of soup costs 13 swiss francs). Compared to these, the meal at the hotel restaurants was a steal. We dined in La Duo, a French style cuisine. Oh my, the food was so good, the service so nice, and we all wondered why we ate in the pizzaria the night before. And we only spent about 30 francs per person with 2 courses (no alcohol). In comparison, the chicken fried rice in the street fair went for 11 francs!

I know this is counter-intuitive, but the hotel restaurant is the best place for dinner. It offers good food with very reasonable price.

Clean, Contemporary Room with Good Locat
Hotel is located a couple of blocks up from the train station, making it convenient for the travelers coming and going to other destinations. The room was contemporary, updated, clean and quiet. We had three people staying in the room, and found it to be roomy enough to move around. I wish that breakfast was included, and not an additional 30 Swiss francs per person! To find a breakfast place, we had to walk several blocks. In the evening, the neighborhood feels a little less than comfortable, but there are people around so it's not unsafe.
