- The rooms vary considerably in size and style as the hotel has refurbished its rooms at different stages. On average the rooms are medium-sized. Approximately half the rooms are in fair to good condition, as are the bathrooms. The other half of the rooms are in a new wing and are in excellent condition with modern bathrooms. Although rather small, the bathrooms are in outstanding condition.

This hotel is just five minutes’ walk from the Railway station, surrounded by very nice restaurants and in the middle of main shopping locations. Nice rooms and good services. Need to know: Phone and internet are available but not free.

not what i expected
the hotel did not present it self as advertised it is in a chalet, it is a style chain hotel. It was a sterile comerical hotel, if this is what you are after it is ideal, ideal for business if you are after somthing a bit swiss or a bit personal this is not the place

Beautiful scenery
Went skiing, a little far from slopes, takes really about two hours each way, not one. Breakfast was very good, ate dinner here one night and the food was great. Beds were comfortable and daughter was up in loft bed. We would stay again, great location for public transportation.

Clean, good location, great breakfast If free WI-FI provided, it will be perfect place for staying in Linterlaken !! (currently a prepaid card for wireless internet needs to be purchased)

I stayed only for one night but
I stayed only for one night but still I enjoyed the stay. Breakfast was good. Its just 5 minute walk from the Interlaken West station. Also it has got nearby Indian Restaurent.

The location makes this hotel the best choice for a stay in Interlaken. The rooms are very clean and the staff is very nice and polite. Overall an excellent choice.

I had a fantastic stay at the
I had a fantastic stay at the Chalet Oberland. They were extremely helpful with getting taxis and also suggesting places to visit while I was there. Very good service and also my room was lovely and clean. There wasn't a fridge in my room, which was a little bit of an inconvenience but the only downer. It's also located in the middle of Interlaken with a beautiful short walk to both train stations. Would definitely stay there again.
