This hotel has very interesting architecture and is located in its own beautiful grounds. It is run by a youthful manager who also runs a well known backpackers’ hostel located next door. Consequently there is a lively atmosphere and guests are actively encouraged to join in with the many sporting and outdoor activities for which this region is becoming increasingly well-known. PL 06/07 The exterior of the building is very impressive. With its traditional Swiss style architecture it looks like a mini-chateau. This hotel is located in its own attractive and well maintained gardens, not far from the main town centre.
Park Mattenhof Rooms
- Guest Rooms
- The rooms vary a lot in size and style as the hotel has only been partly redecorated. On average the rooms are medium-sized and range from fair to good condition. Some of the rooms and bathrooms would certainly benefit from renovation.
