Clean, Modern
The hotel is new, clean & modern with large, comfortable rooms. The staff is nice but the evening restaurant staff seem inexperienced. We actually had free ice cream because, after three visits to the table by three different people, they didn't know how to bill it since the kitchen closed while we were in the bar area (weird). Anyway, one block from the main train station in the heart of downtown. The building is built on a hill and it was a bit of a challenge getting to and from our room on the 4th floor.

Good value for money. Construction
Good value for money. Construction work is going on from 8 am to 5 pm. Apart from that my room was quite looking to the inside of the hotel. The special rate did include the big breakfast, continental style. I will try to book it again.
