It's a 20+ minute walk into Lugano from the hotel, but it's a nice walk by the lake. Apart from the walk, if you're just looking for a decent hotel which isn't too expensive then this is a good choice.

Location was a bus ride from town center and train station, but very convenient to bus stop. Staff was very helpful. Nice outdoor area for drinks and snacks.

Die Lage ist ruhig. Trotz Nichtraucherzimmer extremer Rauchgeschmack. Duschwanne defekt und unter dem Waschbecken tropfte Wasser. Frückstücksbuffet tip top.

Schimmel,Grünspahn,def. Duschschlauch,zersprungene Kacheln im Bad,Baulärm ab 9Uhr morgens am Hotel,Klimmaanlage mit Nebengereuschen,nur 3 Sonnenschirme und 6 Liegestühle für die ganze wunderschöne Sonnenterasse.....schade.

Chambre très grande avec grande
Chambre très grande avec grande salle de bain. Dommage que le petit déjeuner soit aussi pauvre. Petit déjeuner digne des 2 étoiles en Italie. Emplacement un peu loin du centre (10-15 minutes) mais très facile d'accès grâce à l'autoroute qui est très proche.
