September 2011 visit to St. Moritz
We spent 1 night/2 rooms at the Hauser Swiss Q in St. Moritz on our trip through Switzerland. The front desk people were very helpful. When we called to confirm the reservation, they told us to let them know what time the train/bus would arrive and they would pick us up at the terminal. We did and they were waiting for us when we arrived! Everyone was pleasant and helpful. The rooms were ready when we arrived. The rooms were spacious and we loved the radiant heating in the bathrooms! The location was wonderful, right in the center. We did not hear street noise. We went to the hotel restaurant - and would highly recommend it! The menue was very nice, the food was the best meal we had in Switzerland and the staff was very provessional. The breakfast in the morning. was simple but fresh. I would definitly stay there again. We were there in the off season so many of the shops and reteraunts were closed.

A pleasant stay in heart of St Moritz. Beware there is nowhere else to eat except hotels. Shops all designer also. Breakfast was good and staff friendly.

Meh, not that great.
We were here on an overnight for the glacier express in June. No AC in the room so we kept the windows open. Didn't get much sleep. Our window opened out to a busy street. Car noise all night long, horns honking, people smoking so the smoke drifted in. Definitely not my favorite stay of the trip. Excellent breakfast, however!

Best Choice in St. Moritz!
The restaurant breakfast was wonderful - one of the best during our four-week tour of southern Europe - and the dinner menu was terrific. The restaurant and front desk staff were the friendliest and most helpful of any we had during our entire trip, and the shuttle ride from the train was convenient and informative (thank you, Rolf!).

Short walk from hotel
Be sure to stop in just to see the Palace Hotel - the first one in St. Moritz. It's incredible!
