This is a family-run hotel, which has been very well looked after. It is popular with repeat guests who appreciate the personal touches and service. It has a very attractive wellness area with a well-designed indoor swimming pool. 0708SR This is a traditional swiss style chalet building over 4 storeys. It is an attractive building with a front garden and a welcoming entrance and a swimming pool to the front of the hotel. Located in a quiet area, walking distance to the centre of the town and the shopping area.

Excellent Hotel

This hotel was perfect for exploring Zermatt and all that it has to offer. We couldn't fault the hotel, the staff were so helpful and kind and the room was spacious and well equipped. This was our first trip to Switzerland and it meant that we were comparing all other hotels to this one, unfortunately they did not match it.
