Nice business hotel
I have been staying in this hotel a few times now when I come to Zurich for work. The hotel is pretty new and modern looking. The rooms are average size and pretty comfortable, although the windows are odd shape (rectangular 2m width by 0.5m height) at waist level, so not much light or view. As you would expect for a Swiss hotel, it's very clean. The only thing that I wished they offered was free and reliable wifi. The walls are pretty thick and the wifi reception isn't great. Furthermore you have to pay if you want to use it above 200MB. I think it's a good hotel to stay if you are going for business, but wouldn't go there on vacation.

Great Hotel
Before I stayed at this hotel I read the reviews online. Some said it was too far away from downtown. But it realy isn't and this is why. The Tram is a 50 foot walk out of the front door. Hotel is 7 minute Tram ride from downtown so you don't have to pay the downtown prices. 4 story shopping mall next door. 1 Bakery, Starbucks, and two Resturantes. I will be happy to not pay the higher prices to stay at the other hotels and take a 7 minute ride on the Tram to where I want to go. Hotel Staff was Outstanding. Will stay here again. Money you save on this hotel, can be spent on city tours or eating out.

Short walk from hotel
Full size grocery store on the second floor of the 4 story mall. Great way for a family to save on breakfast and lunch and then have a dinner out on the town. Breakfast in the hotel is $36.00 a person. Crazy. didn't even walk-in the Resturante.

Did Not Like Bathroom Set Up
In general the hotel was nice; did not like the room set up. There is no separate bathroom, the shower and toilet are within a few feet of the bed. It might have been okay if the doors were opaque rather than frosted glass; you could clearly hear and see whoever was on the toilet-- not a pleasant experience. Apart from this, the staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The tram station is close to the hotel which made it convenient reaching the downtown and old city. Be prepared, Zurich is outrageously expensive.

great hotel, spa and amenities
Rooms are fairly priced and the location is perfect. Spa (incl. Fitness, Sauna) is great (doesn't belong to hotel). The superior rooms (standard rooms) are better than you would get in any major city in Europe... Free internet too...

bon rapport qualité/prix
hotel assez moderne, propre et bien placé pour zurich. L'accès au Spa est aisé. L'hôtel a négocié un tarif avec le Spa, 25.- au lieu de 35.-, très sympa. pour le prix, le petit-déjeuner devrait être compris dans le prix de la chambre.

Modernes Outfit, Service verbesserungswuerdig
Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen, inmitten der neuesten Shopping Mall Zuerichs. Die Einrichtung ist modern und gepflegt. Das Fitnesscenter gehoert nicht zum Hotel und ist separat zu zahlen. Dafuer ist das Angebot sehr gut - ein Asia Spa gibt es auch. Das Servicepersonal des Hotels haette eine Schulung noetig - die Muelleimer waren nicht immer gelehrt, gebrauchtes Geschirr stand zu lange vor den Nachbarzimmern, mein Name war auf der Begruessungskarte falsch (evtl noch vom Vorgast) und man hatte nicht darauf hingewiesen, dass die Hotellobby durch einen bedeutenden Umbau praktisch nicht nutzbar war. Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt aber angenehm. Es gibt aber sicherlich schoenere Hotels in Zuerich.
