Overpriced
The position is perfect,very near tothe Station and tram but the rooms let it down.They are very small.The restaurant is good but the bar is very small.5 star price but 3 star amenities

Definitely Best Location in Zurich
No doubt the hotel is located in the most strategicaly comfortable place. If you happen to stay in Zurich for the week ends and there are no festivals on with shops closed Spa could be the place to go. But that is what this nice hotel really missing. Zurich is a tranquilla place. Adding the fact that food and drinks are awesome without wellness you just run a risk of putting on weight.

Short walk from hotel
Try Zuericher Geschnitzeltes mit Roesti in Zeughauskeller (Bahnhofstrasse, Paradeplatz). It is a must.

marvelously luxureous hotel in
marvelously luxureous hotel in great location with very pleasant and professional staff who switch between languages in a flash. Pricing appropriate for class and location.

駅の近くとの立地でこのホテルに決めましたが、ウェルカムドリン
駅の近くとの立地でこのホテルに決めましたが、ウェルカムドリンクやお菓子、フルーツを頂いたり、部屋も清潔で素敵でしたのでとても良かったです。 只、受付のご年配の女性と、若い研修生らしき女性の態度が非常に悪く、がっかりでした。 こちらは恥ずかしながら、英語があまり分からずにいたのですが、長い英語でベラベラと早口で捲し立て、こちらを大変馬鹿にした様子でした。 英語の勉強不足も良くないで、今後頑張りたいと思いますが、今まで旅行したホテルの受付の方々は、皆丁寧で親切で、こんなひどい受付の対応は初めてのこ でした。 長い電車の旅をして疲れていましたが、本当に不愉快でとても悲しかった。 旅の最後のホテルでしたが、とても印象が悪く、台無しになってしまいました。 後でベルボーイの方の暖かで親切な応対に救われましたので、サービスの評価は「良い」にしました。 スイスはとても素晴らしい国ですので、またいつか訪れたいと思っていますが、あの二人の女性のような心無い方がいるならば、このホテルにはもう泊まりたくありませんし、友人にも勧められません。
