Pleasant enough
For an overnight stay before heading back to SA from Livigno, this hotel served it's purpose. The only complaint is that one shelf had broken and was lying in the cupboard space.

Not bad for an overpriced city
It was ok. Bathtub was plugged up, told them to fix it they "did", still plugged up. Room was either hot and stuffy or cold. Overall a disappointment .

Great location to city... noisy at night
We had a room facing across from the college.... and it was noisy at night. otherwise it was a decent location.. with easy access to both train and tram.

Nice hotel
Nice and clean hotel located in the western central of Zurich, but takes about 30 minutes walk to the main train station and city centre. There are trams available all the time and very close to the hotel. Breakfast was not stunning but fair enough for the price. Staff could be more friendly but overall very nice. Gets a bit noisy at night since the business school is just opposite the hotel and many bars around the area. Recommend for people who wants to stay a little bit away from the train station but still in the centre of Zurich.

Good reliable overnight stay
We were passing through Zurich on our way to Italy and needed a reasonably priced hotel for overnight stays - there and back. Arriving by rail at 22.30 we were pleased this was comparatively easy to reach - served by 3 different trams from the railway station. About 10 minutes ride then 2 mins walk from the hotel. The staff were excellent being very helpful and welcoming. Room was clean and comfortable. Good for an overnight stop. Both nights we were off very early in the morning and there was always someone at the desk. A modest but pleasant hotel.

We can safely recommend a pleasant traditional restaurant called Zenghauskeller between Zuhus Platz and Parade Platz. Reasonable price, good Swiss German cuisine and fine beer.

Second sloppy
The second time we stayed, the room was even smaller without a balcony. And the toilet light's broken, hair dryer broken, replaced next day. Seems too many tourist made them sloppy a little

Good at First, Then shrink a little
We had booked this hotel twice as our schedule. The First time we came, we had a room with balcony and we get slippers. The parking is close and leads to hotel directly. All very good.
