Movenpick Hotel Dar Es Salaam Tanzania
All went well after we got past reception. We booked and paid for an Executive floor room but somehow they never got that message. To their credit they gave us the room. I rarely book rooms through agencies and really got burned in Johannesburg with another service. I would hope Orbitz would review their reservation procedures and details to make sure this doesn't happen again to someone else. Virginia and Ralph
