Stayed at this cozy hotel for 4 nights. Traveling around Thailand for a month and staying again before departing the country! It is truly a quaint hotel! Not a lot of extras but the staff is so helpful and wonderful! Rooms are very clean and they do their best to make sure you’re comfortable. The location is very safe and great, easy access to the rail, taxis, and a variety of good restaurants. The price is just right! If you’re looking for a place to sleep, in comfort, without all the hype and fuss then this is it! Will stay here again! Loved it!

The staff are very friendly and helpful. You are made to feel very welcome. We opted for the tower suites again as were very impressed with the extras. We loved having the laundry included of 3 items for each person per day. Promptly brought back same day beautifully packaged and hung up for us. The impressive afternoon tea, and pre dinner drinks with snacks was very generous and appetising. Complimentry shuttle boat to rail not only convenient but entertaining.
The only negative is that only 1 hour of internet use is included per day on their allocated computers. Why is wi fi not complimentary and available on your lap top or iphone in your room?

Off the beaten path, but I liked being in this neighbourhood. Everything that we needed was around. Food incredibly cheap in this neighbourhood, about a dollar a meal not including drink. About 2 kilo to downtown center.

Hotel going thru upgrading now, expect some noise in the day and fresh smell of newly renovated air. Not too much to worry as you be out in the day! :) Stayed in newly renovated room, definitely a BIG PLUS from previous stay! Location is very good as hotel is located in the central of all shopping malls around siam square. Definitely worth the money and stay for those looking at shopping holidays.

La situation géographique de l'hôtel dans le quartier des affaires n'a pas grand intérêt pour les personnes en vacances, toutefois proche du métro et du skytrain ce qui est pratique pour se déplacer dans Bangkok.

場所はやや不便なところに立地しているが、各方面へのシャトルバスが運行されているのでそれほど不自由はしない。価格の割に良い設備と十分な部屋の広さと言える。何故かインド系とアラブ系の客が多く静粛性にかけるのはやや残念。これはホテルの落ち度ではないが・・・

Pricey, but oh so worth it

I'll throw my review in to the many here and say that this hotel is incredible. New age, luxirous, helpful staff, mouth watering breakfast buffet and central to the sky train (Ratchadamri BTS stop) and central in general to a pretty hip part of Bangkok. I don't regret what I paid to stay here though there were less expensive places and it was the perfect end to my asian tour.
A credit to the staff: both computers in the business center were taken, so they gave me a laptop. Exceptional service.

The hotel location is very close to shopping area and BTS station. Facility is great. Even nearby some building is under construction, when I walk into my room, I can't hear any noise from outside. Staff is very nice and breakfast is great with a whole pot of coffee/tea for everyone.
With the special offer on hotelclub.com, it is a value package for a 5 star hotel service and facility.

酒店的安全令人擔憂，住宿期間遇到同樓層的房客鬧事，我認為酒店的處理不當，不但影響客人的睡眠品質，也造成客人心裡的恐懼。雖然房價很便宜，但是下一次我不會再選擇這家酒店。

飯店比想像中好，房間乾淨舒適，而且每間房間都很大，飯店位置算不錯，離水門市場或機場捷運都不遠，附近有一市場，買吃的很方便，按摩店亦很多，而且飯店的早餐很豐盛，每天都有變化，非常好吃，以這樣的價位住這間旅館，我們都覺得很超值~

I have been staying at Natural Ville for number of years and it's as good and new as ever. The up keep is very good as well as the value. What I like most is the overall design of the apartment and furniture. The restaurant and bar is nice too. there's no question I will return the next time in Bangkok.

I enjoyed my stay there a lot. Room was spacious, well furnished (microwave, crockery and cutlery, toaster, water cooker, fridge of course) and well priced. If you do not want to flood the bath, however, you should sit while taking a shower.

The hotel has 2 buildings and I was staying the corner wing, so I have to walk to the other building for the spa and swiming pool. Overall, it is a nice hotel and willing to stay same one for my next time in bangkok.

My forth visit to the Ascott in two years, unfortunately, will not be staying again, I have complained in 4 occasions that their TV reception is poor, and needs upgrading with signal boosters on each floor. this same problem occurs at two other Ascott properties in Bangkok Somerset Suanplu Lake point the regional manager Valter informed but has done nothing to date especially for Somerset Suanplu where the problem has existed for 5 years

Hotel still under renovation,

Hotel still under renovation, noise and smell of thinner are everywhere especially on the same floor of my room, when booking the hotel, website didn't show any notification for the renovation, I have allergic for the smell of thinner and that caused my skin irritation, it's really bad for me to live in a hotel under renovation! staff are friendly, b'fast is great, environment is nice too!

В Бангкоке лень было искать метро, взял такси. По счётчику до Байка набежало 1500 бат. Вот плата за лень... Доехали за 40 мин. На прощание таксист посоветовал назад на метро в аэропорт ехать, дешевле. В байке радостно приступили к процессу заселения. Попросили депозит либо 100 баксов (пообещали вернуть ту же купюру назад при выселении), либо слип карты. Номер шикарный, по размерам. Большая комната, огромная ванная комната с ванной, душем, унитазом. ТВ 60 каналов, и не одного по-русски. В номере нашлась даже точка доступа, которая не обнаруживалась. Персонал вежливый, вышколенный, на рецепшене даже русскоговорящие сотрудники есть. ... Рядом с отелем куча торговых рядов со всяким товаром, а также торговый центр, где на 3-ем этаже есть неплохой фудкорт, где недорого можно поесть. В 200 метрах слева от отеля находится станция метро до аэропорта, проезд до которого обошёлся всего в 35 бат и 35 мин. поездки.

Well, it's a little off the beaten path, but it's an oasis is the hectic world of Bangkok. From my late check in to my early morning departure, the Siam City Hotel provided everything one could want from comfort, food, and beverage to help filling three wonderful days in Bangkok. Convenient to the BTS Skytrain, it was easy to get to or close to all the areas and sights that one could see and do in 3 days. On a US scale, the hotel would rate close to 4 stars.

Quite tricky to find - Evergreen Place is less of a street and more like a small lane - easy to miss. There'a a 7/11 at the end on the main road. Once found, it is clean and ideally located for transport connections to the rest of the city. Helpful staff. Decent-sized rooms.

The room is very clean, the reception guys are very helpful, the location is superb, 7 eleven right in front of hotel. Mbk walking 7 min, siam paragon, pratunam market, platinum mall and pantip plaza all 5 min away by tuk tuk.
All together excellent hotel very recomended.

A hotel that make you feel like you stay at your own condo and you can easily travell in Bangkok as it is not far from BRT or BTS and the hotel also provide shuuter bus to BTS.

Es wird viel über dieses Hotel geschrieben und natürlich fließen da bei jeder Bewertung persönliche Erfahrungen mit ein.
Ich versuche meine Schilderungen möglichst objektiv zu halten und darf dem Hotel ein "gutes" Zeugnis ausstellen.
Es ist ein modernes Zimmer mit einem Flat-TV, Safe, Balkon, neuem Bad inkl. großer Dusche und angenehmen Raumdesign. Im achten Floor sind zusätzlich ein Pool, ein Fitnessraum und eine Sauna. Der Blick von dort aus ist sehr ansprechend.
Der Service ist gut, wie überall in Thailand wird oftmals ein unklares Englisch gesprochen aber man schafft es dann mit ein wenig Geduld zum Erfolg. Im Restaurant ist eine nette Dame die über die Möglichkeit zu Tours berät (habe ich selbst erfolgreich und zufrieden genossen) und das Frühstück gibts gegen Aufpreis. Nun, hier scheiden sich die Geister - richtig aufgetischt wird hier nicht. Entweder es gibt ein paar Toastbrötchen mit Butter und Marmelade (was auch gut ist) oder man wählt sich ein anderes Frühstück a la Cart aus.
Auschecken ist um 12 Uhr, was sehr vorteilhaft ist - die Lage ist durchschnittlich. Man erreicht in ca. 5-8 min. den Skytrain und kann damit ins Zentrum fahren oder man bedient sich an den Tuk Tuk´s die auch vom Hotel angeboten werden. Natürlich ist auch ein Taxi eine Alternative, aber die günstigste Variante sind dann immer noch U-Bahn oder Skytrain.
Alles in allem war es ein netter Aufenthalt und wer ein permanenter Nörgler ist, der kann natürlich alles schlechtreden - ich denke jedoch, dass man den Urlaub genießen sollte und wenn man im Kopf frei ist und nicht nach Ausreden sucht, dann kann man es auch ;)

couloir non climatise ......aucun transport a disposition il faut marcher longtemps pour rejoindre un grand axe.le wifi ne fonctionne jamais dans les chambres et piscine trop petite...sinon le personnel est acceuillant......
