Have to pay extra to use FItness
The hotel is clean. It provided a flesh towel upon checking in. But when I went to the fitness room, it required that I had to pay extra 350 Baht ($12) to use the facility. This is not mention at their web site. When I talked to the staffs that this should already included as a hotel guest. They were not helpful. If the hotel wants to charge extra fee, it should clearly state at their web site or during reservation.
