- Superior rooms (30 sqm) are decorated in contemporary Thai style and offer in-room amenities including broadband internet access and tea/coffee-making facilities. Bathroom facilities feature shower over bath and a granite washbasin.

The hotel cleanliness and environment was excellent, the only bad thing was the location but the hotel had free shuttle bus to different locations each days which made things much more easier for us!

The lobby doesnt look as grand
The lobby doesnt look as grand and high class.. but the rooms are good and 5 star standard. Breakfast spread is good though they dont change much on daily basis. Pool is small but my kids have fun. Front line and conceige staff are polite and helpful. The housekeeping lady that make up the room is not as polite when we saw her in the morning to ask for extra toilet paper. Water Closet was choked on the 2nd last day and they have it fixed quite fast..but it was the 1st time such thing happen during my holidays. The free shuttle service is good as the location is not so near town.. Overall, a nice hotel.. would consider staying again.

Stayed 4 days at this hotel from 23-26 Dec. Friendly staff and clean hotel. Location is not convenient, but taking a taxi is not expensive if you go for metered taxi. Hotel did not look to have many guests staying there.I got an exceptionally low hotel price for this stay where [website] is excellent in honouring the confirmation voucher.

Best hotel ever
Nicest hotel I've ever been to. Great amenities, friendly staff, spotless and classy room. Cable very entertaining, fresh bananas on coffee table. Wish I had stayed longer.

Great rooms which are clean and tidy. Hotel location is just 10-15 mins away from main shopping malls downtown. Free transfers are being provided by the hotels, and other options of transports like MRT and river taxis are just 5 mins walk away.. Thanks....

Solid hotel for any traveler
Solid overall experience, with some hitches. The fitness center was very well-equipped, and the hotel is just very, very nice. I didn't feel like I really wanted or needed for anything, and the shower was just awesome, as hotel showers go. However, the service was a bit uneven at times, with some staff super-nice and friendly, and others with an air of pretentiousness that should just not be there when dealing with guests. There was also some measure of delay in response to requests for service in-room. Also, avoid the hotel taxi service if you can help it. They may be great for the touristy spots, but taking them in-city for regular travel is not advised. Metered taxis that are frequent along Petchburi road are your better bet, assuming you know where you're going. We're talking a 500 baht vs. 50 baht difference in one case. Further, this hotel featured my main bugbear: Pay-for-play internet service. If you're going to cater to business travelers, especially, complimentary internet access just makes sense. The less headaches and complications involved, the better. Not bad, on the whole, but far from perfect. Good for any kind of traveler.

Exit the hotel driveway and head right. Past the convenient 7-11 is the India Gate restaurant. Great Indian food at reasonable prices. Part of a chain, so it's not just a tiny mom-and-pop op.

The staff of the hotel has been genuinly friendly and proactive, making my stay a very memorable and pleasant one. The location is not ideal for tourists, except if they know of the shuttle bus and klong boat station (about 500 m from hotel, don't let the cab drivers catch ya...) but great if you are on business in ratchadipasek or new petchburi road.
