The 10-storey property features 144 rooms ranging from studios to two-bedroom units. Each room offers beautiful city views and is equipped with WI-FI internet access, LCD TVs, kitchenette, individually controlled air conditioning, marble bathrooms with shower and bathtub, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, IDD telephone with voice-mail, electronic locking systems and personal in room safes. Amari Residences Sukhumvit Great Option for your stay in Bangkok

We had only three days to explore Bangkok and needed a well-located hotel with complimentary breakfast, free wi-fi and pool at the right price. We found it at the Amari. It is located at the bottom of Soi 2 off the Sukhumvit road. Very close to the Phloen Chit Skytrain station and the hotel has a free TukTuk to take you to the top of the Soi. We arrived earlier than planned but they still allowed us into our room! We were excited to find a washing machine in the suite as well as free bottled water. Finally, breakfast was fabulous with hot and cold entrees, Eastern and Western cuisine, juices and coffee. The staff was extremely attentive, showing up at the door within moments of any request. This hotel was a terrific value and I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone.

There is a fairly large grocery store in the PhloenChit Center at the top of Soi 2 - since this suite has a kitchen, you can cook for yourself if you desire!

Great value for the money

We took advantage of the roof-top swimming pool which was very well maintained and welcoming after a day of sightseeing and/or shopping. The gym has state-of-the-art equipment and is also very clean. The restaurant (Moustache Cafe) offers a breakfast buffet with something for everyone, including made-to-order omelets. The staff were all very attentive and eager to please. The only possible downside is that it is a bit of a walk from the main strip but they do provide a complimentary tuktuk service. However, we were happy that it was located away from the masses.
