great location and very quite athmosphere

i have stayed at this hotel many times over the last 3 years very helpfull staff and very safe and clean hotel to stay and near to BST network (sky train) plenty to shop with the new terminal 21 shopping mall and if you like your food then this shopping mall has one of the best foods from around the world especially for the kids, stay at ballys for true thai experiance

not so great

overall, the staff were unhelpful (I called from the airport b/c I mistakenly thought we had a pickup and was greeted with "take a cab"-- no apologies). the hotel was about 1/4 mile from the main drag (a bit annoying) and worse, the bathroom had mold on the shower curtain and on the tiles. the breakfast was not ready when they said it was going to be, so headed to the airport hungry. to top it all off, the hotel "arranged" a fixed-rate taxi for us for 300 Baht telling it included all charges (airport surcharge, highway tolls, fare) and then the driver completely renegged and refused to go on the highway (probably b/c the hotel did not make a proper deal with him). This was quite an unpleasant end to our stay.

1、酒店為在巷內，離捷運站口稍有距離，較不方便，但有提供嘟嘟車接送至巷口之大馬路。 2、服務人員主動積極，親切帶有笑容、有禮貌。 3、房間空間舒適大致寬敞，提供茶水、網路等服務。 4、附近有註明餐廳、飯店、購物、按摩、業店等。

ガードマンはしっかりしていて良かった。 廊下の歩く音やドアを閉まる音がうるさい。 ホテルの支払いをカードで払うと3%のチャージがとられる。

Excellent rapport qualité/prix

Excellent rapport qualité/prix pour cet hôtel dont les chambres sont plus des studios. Personnel super serviable, petit déjeuner correct, bonne connexion Wifi. Seul "point noir", l'emplacement, assez loin du métro aérien (10/15 minutes à pied). Mais pour ceux qui circulent en Taxi ou Tuk-tuk c'est parfait. (Moi je roule en scooter !!!)
