Bangkok Hotel Lotus Sukhumvit

We really enjoyed our stay bent over backwards to. Be helpful. My son loved the pool and we liked the fitness center.

I stayed at the Lotus hotel the other night, 01/20012. I had a feeling when checking in that I was over paying. The bathroom was not clean and there was hair around the toilet as if someone had sat there to shave and no not their face. Some of the furniture was also broken then when I asked for an Iron it eventually showed up after a second call. Then I I had to sign some type of waiver for the Iron in case I broke it (you gotta be kidding me). This hotel is like a bad movie where you keep telling yourself you should just get up and leave.

This was my 4th stay at this hotel and I had always been happy in the past. This trip was not as before. Upon check in soiled kleenex under foot of bed. On my third day the kleenex was still there. Second day I was there they did not replace the water bottle . Did not report it because I was checking out the next morning. The next day I checked out and paid my bill.then checked my luggage with bell desk. When I came back they had a sign on my checked luggage to see the cashier. They then tried to charge me for the bottle of water that had never been replaced in the room. All and all not a good stay and I will not be going back to this hotel.

i visited for a medical holiday for 10 days. i had a basic room which was a little dated but very clean. the hotel staff was very polite and helpful as i had to visit hospital for post surgery checkups during my stay.staff always smile and greet upon entering and leaving hotel.staff accommodated all requests. i will return for another medical holiday and stay at the lotus again. some have questioned hotel location.it is no different than other hotels(about a half block from the main street).

This was my second stay at the hotel, and when I came in the reception they remembered me from my last stay. The first stay was the week before, but they even remembered my name. I will deffenitly come back at a later stage.

Very nice hotel, nice personnel, felt we were taken good care of.

Gd location... but rooms abit old.... time for a make-over!!

Good at the rate I got of 1600 baht. Good location for shopping and access to ret of Bangkok. Soi 33 has a lot of night time entertainment, restaurants etc. Rooms a bit dated but taken care of ok. Pool was closed the days I stayed there which spoiled the trip.

Convenient location (near skytrain) and good resturants & bars.
