Decadent treehouse standing tall above Lumphini Park
The Banyan Tree Bangkok, with its distinctive architecture, stands tall near Lumphini Park. Upon arrival we found the room
Upon arrival we found the room to be a bit dirty. Dust on the table, cupboard etc. In the toilet we found a rusty hairclip in the sink. The pool is very small and the gym is outdated. The room is quite spacious and we had a nice view at 48th floor. All in all, this hotel needs an overhaul.

Great Hotel in a low key hood
This is a bit far from the City Center, but after an afternoon at Kao San Road you will be happy in this quiet neighborhood. It's steps from public transportation that links with the BTS. Its a short walk to Lumpini Stadium which is a huge plus if you are a Muay Thai fan. Great, but small, roof pool. Nicest staff ever.

One of my very favorite hotels
One of my very favorite hotels in Bangkok; wonderful service and hospitality, beautiful rooms with warm decor, amazing views, great fitness facilities. The beautiful Vertigo restaurant on the 61st floor is pricey but worth it.

I was impressed with the service and friendliness of the staff....there seemed to be a lot of confusion paying the bill at the end of my stay...however other than that little hiccup my room, business centre, staff at Vertigo etc was fabulous...thanks all

Geniales Hotel, schöne, großzügige Zimmer, super freundliches Personal. Am besten ist das Restaurant und Bar auf dem Dach des fast 60stöckigen Gebäudes. Absolut traumhaft! Zum Skytrain sind es etwa 15Min Fußweg.
