Hotel charges so much and yet

Hotel charges so much and yet don't provide tea/coffee as well as tissue papers in the room. Staff and unhelpful and even simple questions on tax refunds cannot be answered by the duty manager. Inflexibility of check in and out time, where it is a given at other cheaper hotels.

我住了這酒店兩晚，頭一日都唔知原來有兩枝免費水送，因打開雪櫃什麼都沒有，等到晚要買多幾枝水才有用，到隔日才有兩枝水送，該大堂人員他回答，他們都不清楚要問清潔員工，另浴帽用完又無加，該台架有壞又污糟邋遢，熱水煲的水不夠熱，沖涼水時淦時熱不夠力，只是地點最好。

コンピュータ好きならパンティップ・プラザや格安衣料品の地元御用達のプラトゥーナムがすぐ近くで、伊勢丹も徒歩圏内かな。リニューアルしてからまだ間もなく、部屋は清潔です。食事も満足できますよ。

バンコク20回以上のリピーターです。いろいろな宿を試しました

バンコク20回以上のリピーターです。いろいろな宿を試しましたが、総合的に見てこのホテルが一番だと思います。ツクツクサービスも結構自由がききますし。近くの24時間コンビニも便利です。ただ、タクシーでスクイムビット方面に出かける時はぐるりと回らなければならず、運転手さんによっては遠回りしますね。今のところ定宿になりつつあります。
