Disappointed on My first Bangkok Trip

We had to make do with a fan on the first night because the aircon was broken. Water was leaking onto the toilet floor when the shower was being used making it very dangerous to move around the toilet. Although we were up-graded to a deluxe room on our second night, towels were not available and had to be requested. Breakfast was served on a buffet but the choices were limited and a rehash of the previous day. The hotel had free wi-fi though there was no pen or paper to write on or magazines to read inside the room.

Musty smell in 2 of the 3 rooms

Musty smell in 2 of the 3 rooms we had. Innitially we did not get the superior rooms we booked, only got better rooms after we challenged them on the strong nicotine odour. Location is great. Staff is very friendly, but do not overestimate their comprehension of the english language. Excellent value for money

Diamons City Hotle

I could hear everything that was going in the next room. I have let them know and they didn't do anything about it! DID NOT SLEEP AT ALL!! The hotel taxi is over prices!!

If you don't mind walking is about 10min walk to many shopping places high end and low. The hotel have maps for all the shopping place around the hotel.

My family enjoy staying in this

My family enjoy staying in this hotel, very homely, comfortable and staffs are very helpful. A few steps away from the hotel, there is a street in the morning is market and by evening it's a food street [cheap and nice]. We will come back again on our next trip.

Sejour familial

L acceuil est parfait ainsi que le petit dejeuner , le personnel l est egalement . Pour le reste ne pas regarder les détails on en a pour son argent........

unzumutbar

Dreckige Zimmer mit sehr viel Ungeziefer, wir waren mit den nerven am Ende. Es war unvorstellbar. man kann es in Worten kaum ausdrücken.

這酒店我是因為晚上十二時才到泰國,我和一位朋友因為只逗留到明日早上十時,便想找一間比較便宜的,誰知因看了網上的相片有點失望了,因為他網上的照片是拍最大的房間,但其實那裡很舊,一進酒店接待處竟沒開冷氣,也有異味,再進房間看到所有傢俱很殘舊,廁所也很是一樣,再加上燈光很昏暗,令人有點害怕,所以我都不想接觸任何東西洗澡也不敢關門,跟著便去睡覺,但酒店服務很好,接待員有給welcome drinks,走時也有主動幫我們叫車,服務是沒問題的,但我寧願下次加多一百多元都有好一點的酒店

唔使錢都唔好住, 唔係人住既地方!!!鬼屋主! 講就話好近siam,原來都要答車去>< 最重要係連當地既司機有地圖都唔識去...想死!! 未試過去旅行唔想返酒店休息!!! 一個字"差"...!!!
