In addition, the hotel has easy access to the airport expressways. REMARK: We will not be able to serve hot water to guest rooms from 12 - 19 November 2012 due to re-checking of all the hotel's electricity system. Convenient to central BK, reasonable rates

Unfortunately booked Superior Room, but on arrival was assigned Standard room (big difference in this hotel). Took an hour to get the prepaid Superior room and it was heavily smoked in.

Very bad

Got to the hotel, being very tired after my travel, I was not in any mood for any hassle. Although I'd paid in advance, booked a superior room, they tried to give me a standard room. When I queried this they said they were fully booked. I pointed out on the booking confirmation I'd printed out, what I had booked and paid for. They were quite insistent that they had no booking to this effect, by this time I blew my top. Eventually after my Thai girlfriend had intervened, as I was getting nowhere, they miraculously gave us the correct room. BEWARE, this is not the first review like this. I will never consider staying there again

Very good location especially

Very good location especially now that the Airport rail link is up and running as the hotel is near to the Phaya Thai Station where the Airport rail link ends. It's also near to the Rachathewi BTS station and also walking distance to the Pratunum market, Central World, Siam Square, MBK etc. However, the cleanliness and condition is not to the "star" rating as the room at the main wing/block of the hotel is kind of run-down. Need to have somekind of renovation and upgarding works to upheld their "star" rating.

The customer service on 26th March,

The customer service on 26th March, 2010 night was not helpful enough. She didnt guide us at all. When asked about is there any post office service on sat, she told me to go to bigC but she refused to write me the exact add and and said she didnt know the telephone no. When I asked here to search for me, without even tried she just answered me no!...and asked me to seach myself. and most of her answers were ' it is up to u'. If everything is up to me, what for your hotel provide an info service counter.

The front office was not very

The front office was not very friendly, even though i booked a new wing single bed (queen) i was given a old wing room with two small beds. Was not vet clean. When asked they promised to give one next day as i was staying for two nights. It never happen. Disappointed!!! And at the check out there were errors in the billing as i booked online but they tried to charge local rate!

idealy situated for shopping in the local markets,straight across the road from the millenium centre a must for people into computers aand gadgets,and close enough to MBK shopping centre...good facilites as massage and health,,
