Experience is great however the room didn't come with basic toiletries like toothbrush, toothpaste, shaver, etc. Had to visit a nearby drug store to get those. The bathroom looks a little old. Apart from those, location of hotel is good. Customer service staff is friendly and helpful and very close proximity to many great attractions.

Will never stay again...
The hotel is located in a very great location. The staff are rude in fitness area. If you go to the jacuzzi...you need to wear speedo's apparently, not a lined swim short. And my room had woman's black hair on floor in bathroom area along with an old plastic strip and toilet paper on floor....not a clean room. Now manager did try to make up, but can only go so far when room was prepaid.

There is a mall attached with lots of great restaurants. And you can take a short taxi ride to Sukumvit road.Be careful at what time you travel by taxi...traffic is very bad from 3-630 pm.

A standard hotel for the price
A standard hotel for the price range. The hotel's biggest attraction as far as we were concerned is that it is very close to an MRT station, offering ready access to both MRT and BTS transportation across Bangkok. The hotel is also adjacent to a good shopping mall that includes a comprehensive IT centre

チェックイン時に、ａｃｃｏｍｌｉｎｅで予約したホテルバウチャ
チェックイン時に、ａｃｃｏｍｌｉｎｅで予約したホテルバウチャーを、ａｃｃｏｍｕｌｉｎｅとホテルの間に入っている代理店のクレジットカード決済のトラブルという理由で、拒否された。 その代理店もホテルと同じグループだということであった。 ａｃｃｏｍｌｉｎｅとの予約時のクレジット決済はＷＥＢ上で何ら問題なく決済されており、予約のステイタスも予約完了となっている。 納得いかないまま交渉に１時間ほど費やして、やっと予約時と同条件で部屋を確保できたが、かなり疲れてしまった。 この間、ホテル側のホスピタリ ィはまったくなく、そっけない対応に驚くばかりであり、タイ、バンコクでもっとも避けるべきホテルのひとつだと思う。 ａｃｃｏｍｌｉｎｅを使った宿泊予約で、このホテル以外に、このような宿泊トラブルは皆無であり、このホテルにのみ生じたトラブルであったと付け加えておきます。
