Great value & location
We were new to Bangkok and this hotel was perfect for our 3d stay. Close proximity to Wats, river long boat tours and market/stalls. Hotel staff was fairly helpful and very courteous. Rooftop pool was nice. The prices at the bar were a bit on the high side, but that's hotel vs. street prices for ya. Also, the hotel transfer was extremely high (1300B), use a taxi or van shuttle from the airport... Much cheaper!

really good. perfect location. hard bed.
we stayed in the serene corner room and were very happy with it. the balcony, while not a river view,was not boxed in at all. it overlooked buildings and you could see the street and even lean out and see the river. the staff was on top of things but were not the most super friendly and a couple were kinda grumpy. the breakfast was amazing. the hotel is on a nice street with bars and restaurants but it is quiet compared to khao San road. way quieter and cheaper too. on huge thing is that it is directly on the phra atit river taxi stop from where you can to or connections to much of the city. that was great. pool is excellent.

Would not reccommend this hotel
Would not reccommend this hotel at all. Room with balcony overlooked rusty roofs, smell was terrible. Wifi, what Wifi, didnt work. Staff pretended they couldnt understand you. Navalai River Resort is very overpriced, photos of the hotel were alot better than the place actually is. Would not return again.

The internet connection in the
The internet connection in the room was frustrating, never got more than 2 bars at any time. The service in the restaurant was a little slow most of the time. But the room and the location was brilliant. Sitting out on the deck to read in the evening was a great way to end the day.. The park next door is an oasis.

Idealer Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung von Bangkok
Durch die Lage direkt am Pier eignet sich das Hotel hervorragend um Bangkok zu erkunden. Der Pool und die Poolbar sind fantastisch, auch wegen dem einzigartigen Ausblick. Wir haben in ganz Bangkok keinen romanischeren Ort als dieses Hotel gesehen. Die Ausstattung des Hotels ist sehr schoen, die Zimmer sind sauber.
