Great location if your main destination
Great location if your main destination is MBK Shopping center. Rooms are clean and spacious, great price for the size. Reception was pretty nice, and even offered me a late check out upon checking in to 2pm instead of the usual 12pm check out timing. Only grouse: they charged me 10 baht for a local call.

Just does not go wrong staying
Just does not go wrong staying here. Choose Deluxe Room where possible. Better view, the room are so much bigger than the standard (maybe I was lucky to get a nice corner).

Great as usual. Location is fantastic
Great as usual. Location is fantastic with MBK building next door and sky train close. Staff are friendly and efficient and rooms are clean and have everything we need. So at the price we paid it is excellent value for money.

great location and very helpful
great location and very helpful staff, perfect for our stay. breakfast hot food was slightly cold but I would not let that ruin my stay I was there to relax and enjoy and that I did. only main complaint is lack of time to stay and enjoy longer. thanks we hope to return again time permitting.

Chiang Mai
Not a real 5 star hotel
Compared to other 5 Star Hotels in BK the rate is double to triple price. YOu can hear noise from the street and the neighbour rooms. Air con is noisy and can not be adjusted. Staff is friendly bout can not change the the complaints. Breakfirst is huge and expensie but very basic. The rooms look new but they are not as clean as I expect in a hotel like this. The location is good.

This is one of my favourite Hotel
This is one of my favourite Hotel so far, cos it's one stop facilities complete with shopping, restaurants, spa and good location. I have noticed security is good and improved, not to mention the good services. Keep it up.
