Great Location in Nana, close to BTS
This is a great location for a hotel of this caliber. Most other hotels in the area are dumps. Very close to Nana station and all the girlie bars you could ever ask for, yet I saw plenty of families staying at the hotel too. Would stay here again. Big rooms, good breakfast. Nice cafe across the street.

Good hotel and location
I normally target the $40 to $50/night range in Bangkok but decided to step it up a notch. I'd learned of this hotel based on strong recommendations - big rooms being with nice balconies being the big draw. On arrival, the facility is very attractive but very focused on function. There is no sitting area in the lobby. It has a sterile feel. The staff was efficient but not warm. On arrival in the room I was a bit underwhelmed. There was a stale smell in the room and I could not get the TV to work. I asked for help at the desk and the rep I spoke with responded without apology, seemed almost a bit put off. Again, not a lot of personality. However, when I returned to the room - the room smell was truly fresh and the TV was fixed. So ... very responsive. I just wish they had more customer service in terms of personality. For the price I paid, I would have expected better. This is a very nice place for family, or situation where you want to have two bedrooms for the price of one. The rooms are that big! For my purposes, I would likely stick to the mid-end, $40/night, room in the future. I just need a clean room, close to Sukhumvit/Sky Train with strong Internet.

Nice stay
Great getaway
Great stay in this hotel, clean and spacious' one room suite. Initially had issue checking-in as they want to charge for extra bed which was included during my confirmation. Need to show them the copy of the chat transcript before they agreed. Friendly staff. Breakfast almost similar daily but alright & sufficient if you are not fussy. Conveniently located and just 5 mins walk to Nana BTS which get you to most of the places.

Extremely nice home away from home!
The suites are comfortable and fully equipped with washer/dryer, convection/microwave, utensils, etc. Breakfast is adequate, with a bit improvement of menu change it would be perfect! I gave its location a 4 because one has to travel through a bar area to get to it! All in all, it was a memorable stay for us! We'll definitely stay here again for future Bangkok visits.

For those who want to try the suite kitchen or want to eat in every once in a while, a short walk to Sukkumvit where you can find all types of ready cooked/or ready for cooking food for lunch. P.S. Picture attached was taken the day of Loy Krathong (Nov 28) when flower boats are released to the river at night to void of bad spirits!

This is actually a 4.5... almost a 5
What was great: almost everything. The lady that did my check in was super nice person, the room had everything I needed, and had a really nice space, location was great for me. the -0.5 comes from minor details: * I could hear a lot of noises from the janitor room at all times. the wall was too thin. * When I put the "do not disturb" light they called by phone two times and I was asleep waking me up. I would definitely stay there again

Great Hotel
