I really didnt like where its located granted they do provide ride to the main street but sometimes it isnt around when needed. The pool needs some work but its there and the jacuzzi as well. The staff were nice but I wish they spoke English alittle better. It wasnt a bad hotel but I have been in better.

The bath tab was broken so needs to repair. Breakfast is somewhat poor. Receptionists need to get better in response to their customers in more cheerful and professional manner.

Good lodging alternative to Soi 4
Royal Asia Lodge provides a nice cozy spot to relax. It is located towards the end of Sukhumvit soi 8. However the hotel, which is located in two separate buildings, has two Tuk-Tuk which will shuttle you to Sukhumvit Road. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast included with the room was satisfactory. Great stay for the Prices....Most of all provides a close and economical but quiet alternative to Soi 4 and 5.

We stayed 14 days at this hotel
We stayed 14 days at this hotel until the end of 2009. Our room was on the 8th floor with a window facing the street. The room was fully equipped with plenty of hanging and cupboard space and a large refrigerator. Drinks were reasonably priced. The bathroom had all needed equipment with plenty of hot water. The double bed was comfortable. Breakfast from 7am to 11am was basic but with a good variety of dishes. The management and staff were very friendly. I have only two complaints. The wireless internet in our room was not working. This was a small inconvenience as I used the internet on the ground floor without charge. The swimming pool was full of stagnant cloudy water and could not be used. All in all an enjoyable stay considering the price we paid. Reginald Hare

Nicht zu Empfehlen
Das Hotel ist sehr weit in der Seitenstrasse (Soi). Die Zimmer sind nicht sehr sauber, vorallem das Badezimmer ist schmutzig. Auch der Geruch ist nicht angehnem und die Klimaanlage extrem laut. Leider ist das Personal werder hilfsbereit noch freundlich.

友人と１室づつ泊まったのですが、私の部屋は温水器が壊れていて
友人と１室づつ泊まったのですが、私の部屋は温水器が壊れていて、お湯が出ませんでした。朝食もバイキングの品数が少なかったです。ロケーションはスクンビット通りのＮＡＮＡ駅から６００ｍぐらい入ったところです。値段の割りには、まあまあといったところですね。
