the staff is charming! always ready to smile and very helpful...i found the breakfast should have been included in the package...we had a room for 2, executive suite, so should have been included.

ハウスキーピングが終わるのに1時間かかると言われラウンジで待
ハウスキーピングが終わるのに1時間かかると言われラウンジで待たされたが、1時間以上たっても何も言ってこないので自分からフロントに聞きに行くと、ハウスキーピングは終わっていた。 待たされるのはある程度仕方ないが、そのまま放置されていたのは非常に不愉快であった。 部屋、その他の設備は特に不満なし。
