Staying at S31 Sukhumvit Hotel puts you at the heart of the action but with beautiful Benjasiri Park just across the road to keep you grounded. Within a comfortable stroll are two skytrain station, Phromphong and Asok, plus Sukhumvit underground station, putting entire Bangkok in the plam of your hand. The hotel also offers Ballroom and Reception. During 1-21 March 2011, Pool service is closed due to readjustment landscape

The rooms need to be quality checked

The rooms need to be quality checked and finished off properly and the lack of a shower booth makes for a very messy bath time experience but apart from that this hotel is very nice and the staff very friendly as expected. Give them a smile and they will smile back. Swimming pool is great and fitness, which includes a full size boxing ring, is well equipped. I would definitely stay here again.

Got a very good deal for a 2-storey

Got a very good deal for a 2-storey suite as the Hotel is so new (opened in Feb) so would expect price to go up once it gets popular. The hotel is about 5 mins walk away from the nearest BTS station so it is very convenient. The fitness centre and swimming pool is great. Breakfast could be better as the range is limited but really can't complain. All good, and this hotel is good for couples on honeymoon!

un hôtel sublime

Un hôtel bien situé à 5 minutes à pieds du métro aérien, un personnel très à l'écoute,disponible et souriant. La chambre très propre et conforme aux photos du site.Un petit déjeuner très complet avec beaucoup de choix.

Shopping tip: Long walk from hotel

Au niveau de la station Nana avec le SkyTrain le soir il y a un genre de petit marché sur les trottoirs sur au moins 2 kms, un peu de tout et à bas prix. Un peu plus loin avec descente à la station National Stadium le centre commercial MBK.

清潔度很不錯,除了有天清潔完後忘記放浴巾,其餘都不錯~ 設備新穎,游泳池,健身房,烤箱,蒸氣室都很棒, 早餐每天都會有些許變化,不會讓人每天吃一樣的很厭煩 離phong phong站走路約5分鐘,沿路上有便利商店,餐廳,酒吧,小攤販,按摩店,還有一間超市,也有換錢的地方,吃飯逛街按摩都很方便. 如果下次還有優惠價格,會再考慮入住

新築なのできれい。シャワーブースはあるが，レインシャワーなので使い勝手は今一つ。アメニティは十分かと。2階形式は高級感があるが，クローゼットとスーツケース置き場が離れている（階が違う）ので，微妙に使いにくい。ワイヤレスLANはストレスなく使用できる。料金も無料，ただしあらかじめフロントにてIDとパスワードをもらっておく必要有り。観光等の移動に不都合はないが，BTSを使うなら，アソークに行くかプロンポンに行くかちょっと迷うかも。フロントでは日本語のコミュニケーションは期待できないので，英会話に不 ならお勧めはできないかな。ただし，ホテルスタッフの能力は高いので，リクエストに対してはほぼ完璧に対応してくれました。今回の宿泊レートならば十分おすすめできます。

場所はプロンポン駅から徒歩５分ぐらい。ホテルの下は結構大きな

場所はプロンポン駅から徒歩５分ぐらい。ホテルの下は結構大きなテナントスペースがあるが、またテナントはなく殺風景。部屋はあまり機能的ではない。Jrスイートなのにソファーもテーブルもなく、くつろぐ場所がない。またエアコンの音がファンを最低にしてもうるさく、夜は止めないと眠れないほどだった。（止めると暑いが）、またチェックアウトの際、サービスであるはずのミネラルウォーターを請求されフロントにチェックインの案内のとき２本サービスだと言われたが、有料ですと言われた。早朝出発でたいした金額（１４０B）では かったが不快な思いで支払いチェックアウトした。
