Sachas Hotel Uno

This hotel was described as being close to airport. It's a 50 min taxi each way and costs £55 return. Our room stank of damp, was dirty, had mud all over bed linen. My husband and I lay awake all night due to bing very nervous about our safety. People kept trying to get in our room, lots of fights outside main entrance of hotel

I stayed Sashas Hotel Uno for 2 days, It is very lovely hotel, and also very convenient location, which it is nearby BTS Asok and MRT Sukhumvit stations, just 2 mins by walk. There are also many resturants and massages shops are also around the hotel. I had a good accomendation in there.

I've been to Bangkok many times and this was a great experience - made so by the outstanding accomodations at Sacha's Hotel Uno. Particularly enjoyable was the front porch veranda where we enjoyed observing the locals on Soi 19 while dining and/or drinking. Nice quiet location, great Wi-Fi capability and accessibility to anything one desires in one of the greatest cities on earth.

A second great stay here. This time a rear room with no outlook, but still comfortable. The staff here are amongst the warmest, most helpful and friendly I have ever found in a hotel - genuinely so, too - not programmed to smile and spin lines the American way of large hotels. A special thanks to Poy for making our stay so comfortable!

The positive features of Sacha Uno: - It has that new, clean, and modern looks - Its location; two minutes walk to the sky train, there are quite a few businesses surroundings like restaurants, convenient stores, massages... -Breakfast is excellent: fresh and delicious with many Asian and Western choices -The deluxe room in the main building is spotless clean with plasma TV, refrigerator, safe and many outlets for electronic devices...but it is only avery size. The bathroom is large and very clean. I like the overhead shower. The hotel also has a few negative features like very small lobby. Services and amenities like swimming pool, fitness room and others are virtual non exist. It has a restaurant but I think the prices are relatively expensive.

Would be very happy to stay here again (indeed will be back in a week). Staff very helpful, room ideal, bathroom brilliant, location convenient to BTS and MRT. Only glitch was trying to get two keys (one each) which was resolved after some firm negotiations but is clearly not standard policy (they didn't seem to have enough). This could cause problems for some couples who don;t do everything together on holiday!

A well located modern hotel with nice clean design features. The standard rooms were smallish, but a clever layout that maximized space helped alleviate this somewhat. The bed was superb, one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. I found all the staff very polite and helpful, and the omelette I had for breakfast was lovely. I'll happily stay here again.

This hotel had impeccable customer service! They truly went out of their way to ensure we were taken care of!

staff is friendly and very helpful

This is our second stay at Hotel Uno. We stayed in the delux room on our first stay while this time we tried the standard room. Small difference in price but big difference in accomodations. Our room this time had no hot water for the shower, no view, dark and very disappointing. Next time we get the delux room or will stay at a different hotel.
