The ideal hotel in the ideal location. The Imperial Queen's Park Hotel is perfectly suited for both business and leisure travelers to Bangkok. The impressive 37-storey hotel comprising two towers has over 1,250 well-appointed guest rooms, a choice of seven restaurants, a spa and numerous recreation facilities and is centrally located on world-famous Sukhumvit Road near the skytrain, a luxurious shopping complex and Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre. The hotel provides amenities like airport transfer, baby sitting service, ballroom, banquet facilities, bar, beauty salon/ hairdryer, business centre, conference facilities, currency exchange, disable facilities, doctor on call, dry cleaning, gift shop, gym, internet access-high-speed, internet access-wireless, laundry service, lift/elevator, lobby, non-smoking rooms, reception, restaurant, room service-24 hours, safe deposit box, spa service, squash court, swimming pool-outdoor and tour desk. It was a solid value for the money. Great location, great staff and the airconditioning worked great! The bathrooms could be upgraded as they still use linen curtains that blow in the wind when you shower

Imperial Queen Hotel in Bangkok

Even, thought the hotel is in a good location, but it is old; therefore, it is not very comfortable to stay in. Overall, for the price of the hotel, it is NOT worth it.

Well organised for large groups.

Well organised for large groups. Plenty of places to eat and foot massages near the hotel. Also good currency exchange across the street. Close to BTS station and Emprorium shopping centre.

もう何回も利用していますが、高級とは言えなくても、非常に快適

団体客向けの巨大ホテルといった趣で可もなく不可もない。公園をつっきればBTS駅までも近く、コンビニやバーやマッサージ店が周りにあり便利である。室内はやや古さが目立つところである。日本人従業員もいるが、常駐しているわけではない。特にいてもいなくても不自由はしないので問題ない。

以前住んでいた場所の近くで、良くお客様が利用していましたので、良く知っていました。決して高級ホテルではありませんが、値段の割には良いホテルだと思っています。また、下町風な場所ですが、近隣に高級デパート等もあり、日本人には便利な場所です。

完成後、17~18年経過しているので古さは否定できませんが清掃がキチンとされているので不快感はありません。場所的には大変便利でBTSの駅やデパートにも近くホテルの裏口を利用すれば5～6分で行けます。バッフェ朝食は種類も豊富で満足できるものです。私はプレミアデラックスルームに宿泊しましたが ホテルのラウンジが利用可能で昼間はアフタヌーンティー、夜は軽食・リカーバッフェを無料で利用でき、夕食代は不要でした。宿泊代はリーズナブルで日本語もある程度は通じ、あとは部屋の改装を期待するのみです。 機会があ ば今後とも利用したいホテルです。
