Would recommend
Great Hotel
Excellent experience. Walked in and they only had 1 suite left. Booked it at the regular suite price and was told we would have a regular room the next day and the staff would move our luggage for us. When we came back after much shopping in Bangkok no one had checked out as planned and they didn't have a regular room for us. They let us stay in the suite for the regular room price the 2nd day. Decided to stay here the rest of the trip instead of looking anywhere else. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Gave us free breakfast coupons the rest of the time even though we didn't stay in a room that we should have gotten it. Will definately stay again on my next trip.
