Resort and Spa is located only a few kilometres away from Suvarnabhumi International Airport. Around 30 minutes from the resort you will find the Seacon shopping centre where you can shop for local knick-knacks.

Resort??? Just a below average airport hotel
Pros: Shuttle 24h to and from BKK airport; small breakfast included. Cons: VERY uncomfortable bed. Felt like 1"'of foam over wooden boards; No comfortable chair in room; No hot water; NO ELEVATOR! I had to carry my heavy bag up and down 5 flights Bc porter could not be bothered. Nobody but reception staff speaks English; No fitness centre as promised; No pool; 98% of TV stations are in Thai; very bad toiletries; No choice offered for breakfast--white guests served eggs, Asian guests served chicken rice. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

Quiet place to spend the night near airport
Friendly staff, clean quiet room with good AC. Spent a few hours here in the middle of a long layover. Great bargain, quick ride to airport.

Poor staff attitude to foreign people
Had difficullty with uncooperative staff. I have stayed at most of the airport hotels and the staffs were gracious and helpful, not this one. Poor value for airport hotel.

Decent spot close to airport
This hotel is ideal for an overnight to get to an early departure at the airport. The hotels does have 24 hour room service, but the selection is limited and the quality is fair. Nice little massage to help wind down before your flight. Very helpful staff and the use of an airport shuttle to take you is very nice (although I had to wait 45 minutes to be picked up from the airport).

Great layover stop
This place was great for a night in Bangkok. Their complimentary airport pick-up/drop-off is reliable, close to the airport, clean and safe for a girl alone, but not too expensive. Good plated breakfast. If you are staying in Bangkok and want to do shopping, this probably isn't where you want to stay, doesn't seem to be much around.

great all around
This hotel is about 10-15min ride from Bangkok. The food carts and little restaurants around the hotel were delicious and authentic (more enjoyable than most places right in Bangkok), although the Thais spoke very little English so be sure to learn a few basic phrases. The staff at the hotel did speak English and were very helpful, even helping us call another hotel in our next stop to make reservations. To get into the city just take a cab to the airport (3 USD) and from there take the skytrain. The tour at the hotel will also take you via cab right into the heart of the city for US 20. The room was clean, bed on the firmer side, western toilet, hot water, and AC. Wifi was available although the connection was a little sporadic. Free shuttle to/from the airport, look for a representative holding a Thong Ta sign neat exit 4 at the airport.

Could not sleep all night
They put me on the fifth floor with no elevator and there was a karaoke club going on most of the night. The service was very efficient at teh check in. Expensive for the quality.

Clean Just what you need!
Clean friendly staff. No extras...but no extras needed! Close to airport. shuttle hard to find going to hotel so I took a short taxi ride. in the morning the shuttle was perfect for an early morning flight.
