Not English speaking staff and rude...i waited 45 mins. for the room to be ready even was long time ago after check in time

If you want a budget hotel..this place is good, but I would spend the money and stay at the Baiyoke Sky Hotel

Staff good, facility bad

The staff were generally indifferent, but the bellman was very helpful and friendly. The room was of adequate size, and the bedsheets were clean, but there was mildew on the ceiling above the bed, and the AC had only one setting - HIGH. It got down to 19C in my room. If you like middle eastern food and items, this is a good location, but if you want ethnic variety, you won't find it along Sukhamvit 3 Soi Nana Nuea.

Nice place but beware

First night they put me in an inadequate room (1201). Too small, smells moldy, borken TV, no hot water in the sink, no key for the room. I think the room is not intended for guest. Next morning I complained to service desk and they moved me to a nicer room at another level. Except for that guy who checked me in the first night, all staff were nice. Glad I complained ;-)

Time-saving tip: Short walk from hotel

Everything is close by. For a quick travel, take the boats. The stop/river is right behind the hotel.

Though my stay was shortened by being hospitalized, I found this hotel charming with excellent breakfast buffet and dinner service.They also had an excellent on site Thai massage service. My only complaint is that it could be more handicapped accessible.

I enjoyed my stay at Unico Express,

I enjoyed my stay at Unico Express, so much I rebooked in there on my return from Veitnam. it is a nice walk to Nana BTS, it is very central to Bumrungrad Hospital. has a nice swimming pool. staff very helpful, and under stand English. lots of good resturants in area, money exchangers with great rate. felt safe walking around there at night. alone

suited my needs, I knew how to

suited my needs, I knew how to get to and from hotel short walk to Nana BTS. short cut available. but enjoyed the street stalls. lots of food outlets in area, close to Bumrungrad International Hospital. staff very helpful and they understand english.

i like the staff as they are very

i like the staff as they are very friendly and helpful. location are abit far from nana bts station. other than that theres nothing else. the room worth the price we pay.
