great place to stay for the money!
this hotel was a great value because it was accessible to everything! it is right behind the Night Bazaar (which makes an excellent evening stroll), 5-10 minute tuktuk ride to the Sunday Market, all the bars and clubs in the Sunday market area, and they help you book excursions. the staff was polite and friendly, as was the travel Booker.

the night Bazaar is right behind te hotel, so it's a great way to get dinner, shop, and relax (perhaps with a Thai massage?) Make sure you bargain, almost every price is negotiable.

It's very strategically located,
It's very strategically located, as it's only 3 mins to Night Bazaar and Anusan Market. This really save us a lot of hassle. Housekeeping was not upto expectations as they would forget to replace towels, drinking water, and some of the toiletries. Breakfast is good. Overall experience is good.

Some of the fixtures and fittings
Some of the fixtures and fittings looking a bit tired and worn especially in the bathroom. Air conditioning broke down in my room but I was promptly moved to another room. Hot water was a bit of a gamble. Sometimes there was, sometimes not. Good breakfast buffet. Overall - good value and a great location.

Great Place!
Great location overlooking the night market-great price, I was upgraded to a room on the 9th floor-beautiful view of the market! Easy to walk into center city, easy 60 baht taxi ride from airport, staff is lovely and speak perfect english. Tour booking available in lobby-visit the elephant nature foundation!!! Great free breakfast too.

Very good hotel especially for
Very good hotel especially for the price. The breakfast was amazing and the location was useful for most things. Its about 15 to 20 min walk into the moat area although most interesting areas are outside this area, closer to the hotel. The pool is nice to cool down although nothing special. The room was lovely and more than adequate, with great views of the town and surrounding hills. If you go to Chiang Mai, make sure you splash out on the Elephant Nature Park - amazing!

das Hotel braucht ein neues Managment.
das Hotel braucht ein neues Managment. Jedoch für diesen Preis und dieser Lage ist es super in Ordnung. Das Frühstück finde ich nicht so toll aber die Lage ist ruhig, aber sehr zentral und der Preis ist für dieses Hotel absolut in Ordnung.
