Disappointed Customer
Relaxing Vacation Gone Wrong
We were disappointed at every turn with this hotel. Our room was average nothing special and once we were in it for a while we came to find it has several mosquitoes in it which lead to us getting bit up at night. The staff whenever we asked a question looked at us like we were inconveniencing them. One example of this is at breakfast the waitress came over and asked if I would like something to drink and I said water at which point she said it is over there and walked away. Not that I couldn't have gotten it for myself if I had seen it, it was just the matter of her resistance to actually get me something to drink (done right lazy). We had been traveling through southeast Asia for two weeks at this point and have stayed at many different hotels and ones with far less star rating and everyone had free internet except this hotel which charged about $26 for 6 and a half hours of use (completely ridiculous). After having a very busy schedule for two weeks we were excited for our beach vacation as a time to relax. This hotel was anything but relaxing as it was very outdated, the beach left a lot to be desired, the walls were paper thin, and as I mentioned before we were constantly dealing with mosquitoes in the room. As a result this was our worst hotel of the entire trip and I would not recommend it to anyone. We stayed at the Connrad for one night before coming her and it was like night and day. I would recommend the Conrad instead, though it was a little pricey as you had to eat that the resort because it was so isolated, but it truly was a romantic relaxing paradise. Stay away from Chaweng Regent Beach Resort Samui unless you want to be disappointed!

Nice hotel with perfect location
The hotel was located on the chaweng main road, which ment perfect visinity to shops and clubs. The beach was beautifull and had a nice view of the hills. I enjoyed the pool bar and the fact that there were two swimmingpools. It was very serene and had friendly staff.

Nice Hotel.
I only Say NICE.
Nice Hotel. I only Say NICE. Great Location, staff do anything for you. When you arrive in Samui you can get much better hotels for the price.I could not reccomend anybody to this hotel due to 1 reason. The Shower is the worst i have ever used in an international Hotel, i have stayed in over 100 Hotels and this was the worst ever. It is like a Drop and we had 2 rooms and was moved from another and all showers the same. Hot water is lucky to last 30 seconds. I was putting my swimmers on and showering everyday by the pool to get some pressure. If the rooms had better showers i would highly reccomend people to stay here. Location is sensational, close to everything. Eating and Drinking at Hotel save your money and do a short walk stock up your fridge as well. $Ate at their restaurant, paid for a 5star price meal got about 3 star meal. $150+ for 2 entrees, 2 mains and 2 drinks, Would not of raved about food. Rooms very nice and large with a new LCD TV

The Chaweng Regent Beach Resort
The Chaweng Regent Beach Resort was a joy to stay at. The bungalows are very private and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful and they have car and motorbike rentals on site as well as the usual tour and dive reservations. The beach restaurant, Bar and pool are beautiful and the nightlife and restaurants are just out front. But not close enough to be noticeable from your room. I will stay there again.

We stayed 8 nights in thatb great
We stayed 8 nights in thatb great hotel, we got a good deal for an uprgrade to the Spa villa rooms that are really nice and brand new. very friendly service. We think the beach area is the one of the spaciest of those at the beach area, not really big though but more than the other hotels. hotel garden is really nice and very much taken care of, nice river with kois swimming around, you can even feed them. the best it's located really absolultely central if you want to go out at night but really quite and no noise in the hotel area.
