Sareeraya Villas & Suites is conveniently set on the quieter northern end of Chaweng Beach within walking distance of a vast range of shops, restaurants and nightlife and just a short car transfer to the island's airport. With only 49 exquisitely appointed suites and villas to choose from you can be assured of a personalized service rarely found in such a sought-after location. All the rooms feature unique blend of modern oriental dcor and design. All the Suites come with a large balcony with ocean views and are some of the best accommodation available in Chaweng. The Suite Jacuzzis feature pool access or enhanced luxury of an additional outdoor Jacuzzi. Each of the 12 Villas comes with iPod docking station, LCD TV and DVD, indoor and outdoor rain shower and private plunge pool. Guests can enjoy relaxing massage services at Raya Spa or by the pool. The hotel provides a fitness centre, swimming pool, a library and a transit lounge. Free Internet Access is available throughout the resort. Chef's Table Restaurant offers a great buffet breakfast with many fresh prepared dishes and breathe in the delicious aroma of coffee grounds (freshly brewed coffee is served during breakfast). Beach Get Away

Sareeraya offers a great location on a great island. It is far enough north on Chewang beach to be quiet and relaxing, but close enough to town to walk to many restaurants and bars. It has one of the nicest stretches of beach of any of the hotels on Chewang. The suites are comfortable and well-appointed. The large balconies with day-bed are a great place to siesta. Like many hotels in Thailand, the staff was friendly but under trained. The restaurant is good but pricey and over reaches on some dishes.

Nightlife tip: Short walk from hotel

There is a small reggae bar right on the beach just north of Sareeraya called "Your Place". It has a great atmosphere, friendly staff and happy hour runs until 9PM.

Ok for the Price

Went for the Race at Lowes Motor Speedway. Rooms were alot better then the last time but could still use some work.....Keys did not work the second night again need new locks.
